Great job, done quickly and the plumber was a lady, who's name escapes me, and she was very good explaing as she worked and she gladly answered all my questions.

Day one was all done by Master Plumber Mike. He was great. Really nice, fixed all the issues and showed me several things my home inspector missed that should have been on my home inspection. Total cost of his work was $811 his work was excellent and he fixed all the problems going on with the sink and pointed out several things I need to keep an eye on or get fixed in the future. Day two was Steve he was the heating and AC guy he was also nice and very knowledgeable. His repair was much faster as it was just swapping out a part. The cost was $627 and he was only here about 30-45 min.

Work was done professionally. I have been a home remodeler and, I feel the company's price is rather high for a simple faucet installation. I am a permanently disabled veteran,. I do not have the tools to do the work, and it is very hard for me to perform the work. It took less than a 1.15 hours to install. I was not impressed with the companies ability to give me an estimate prior to coming to the house. I was told upwards of $900 for a sink installation. Once I clarified that it was a faucet replacement they could not tell me how much the installation would be. In the future I will insist on clear price for services. The Plummer did say they have a standard fee for the faucet installation. Total cost of service was $373.10. I Purchased $300 worth of pluming services. After the installation Plummer pointed out that I have a Water feed valve that leaks when bumped and that would be a extra cost to fix. I opted to leave it be as I was afraid of what the cost would be. I still have other pluming items that need to be done and I will buy the tools and do the work myself. I felt that way the product is marketed and the response from the company representative to estimates, the vendor has the ability to take advantage of the customer. In my opinion the coupon implies that your going to get a lot more services than you really get. Angie I expected better from your web site. Shame on me for not paying attention to the fine print and asking more questions.

Reservation was made quickly, no issue. Ended up going with another company but only because it was free with the other company due to a warranty

Vendor was late, but called to let me know and why they were running late. Installer was great, very through and diligent in his work. Very pleased with the work and install.

Mike, the plumber from Long's Corporation, was very skilled in his area of expertise. His demeanor was pleasant and very professional. He was thorough and meticulous in conducting his work. We also appreciated Mike's advice regarding some bathroom and kitchen faucets that we need to replace in the future. Overall, we are satisfied with Mike's work. The only downside was that the price tag was much higher than the Angie's list deal we had selected.

Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful and let us know the different options available to us. She replaced an old toilet that had been giving us problems and installed a new one with an elongated bowl that works great. She also installed a new faucet in our kitchen. Later that evening we noticed a hissing sound coming from a pipe in a different part of the house. Sherry returned the next morning and fixed what turned out to be a broken pipe in a very short time frame. We really appreciated her efforts and professionalism and look forward to using Long's again in the future.

They did a great job and replaced the entire faucet. They were very reasonably priced.

We had some furnace issues and this company came to us because we have the power company's warranty service. We didn't have any control over who was sent to us but they were terrific. They do work for the general public. It is called Long's Corporation, they are an air conditioning, heating, plumbing, sewer and water company. It turned out extremely well. The repair man was very, very good. About 2 weeks after that the furnace was making another noise and he had given me his personal cell phone number and so I talked to him twice. He came out again to see about the noise and the second one they couldn't do anything about and that wasn't his fault. The cost, because it was warranty work, we paid a 50 dollar deductable but he told me that the blower motor would have cost 500 or 600 dollars if we hadn't had the insurance. I would grade them an 'A' for everything on the grading scale. They were great. The pricing was very good. The quality was very, very good. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had a $100.00 off coupon from Angie's list and called Long's. The plumber came out the next day, pulled the panel that led to the tub and shower pipes and resoldered them.

I first had rotorooter to my house and they wanted to charge me $550. I went on Angies list and purchased the Big deal for $200 to snake my drain. The plumber arrived at my house an hour later and performed the job. I would use them again.

Perfect. Fast one day response. Showed up on time. Knew what they were doing. Went beyond the call of duty. Pleasant and professional.

Pipe burst in the early morning of Feb. 22. We found it about 4 hours later, got the main water turned off, and called Long's by 10AM for an emergency plumbing call. Because it had been a very cold night, they had multiple calls and told us it might be awhile before they got out. With some really major, hard cleanup to do, we let it go until about 5:30 PM. Sweaty and filthy from all the cleanup work, without water, and it being late now, our options were much more limited. We called again, weren't remembered, and this time mentioned Angie's List. This time we got a quicker response and a person came right out. Sherry did a nice, professional, job, cutting out a small sq. of drywall, putting in a new hose bib, L-joint, and coupling in short order. Good workmanship, solid joints and double-checking the connection, etc., cleanup, and very courteous. She came out on a Sunday night; which was certainly worth a bit more to us. She was done in a bit over an hour It was the weekend, and evening by the time it was done; and we didn't expect it to be cheap. It certainly wasn't; though it might have been worse and they didn't actually gouge us; so I give it a 'C'. They evidently lost our first emergency call, after advising us to be patient; so I give a 'D' for Responsiveness. Had they called in the 8 hours to let us know they'd be coming it would've been a 'C' or 'B'. The other 3 are 'A', so the overall is a 'B'. I might use them again; but I'd be very careful and not wait so long to call back.

Technician didn't come to home. Company did not attempt to reschedule or assist in any way. What a lousy way to run a business.

The technician arrived at 10:30 and was done by 11:35. She cleared the jam, cleaned it, and tested it. I was billed $150.00 - FOR THIRTY FIVE MINUTES OF WORK...!!! That's $300.00/hour. Since when do plumbers charge as much as lawyers?

I called to schedule and then I no longer needed the service so I cancelled. I have used them before and they did an excellent job.

fixed the problem quickly, but seemed to be missing some accessories, such as rags to clean up with and small container to catch the water. I had to provide these things for him. I used a coupon to get to this price, if not for Angie's they would have charge $100 more

Water pipe in the kitchen area busted after a very cold day. Contacted the provider around 8:30am next day, and explained the situation, he gave the same day appointment between 12 to 5. Technician came around 6:30pm, told him about the leakage. He opened the main water valve and heard water dropping sound at one corner, but the water leakage was happening at the other corner. So he opened the dry wall where ever the water was leaking, unfortunately pipe was not busted there, it was in the other corner, and from there water was flowing to this corner. He fixed pipe and cleaned the stuffs. He charged a total of $450. I heard from my friends circle that it is kind of high. But I am not sure it is the correct price or not, as I never experienced plumbing service before. Besides the price I am happy with the service.

Sherry arrive on time and was very professional and polite. She explained what may have happened to the pipe and gave suggestions about preventing frozen pipes in the winter. She answered all of the questions I had and did a thorough job explaining everything. I'll be using Long's in the future for plumbing needs.

We called Long's after our second water pipe burst in as many winters. Sherry came out to repair it and immediately gave us options to repair it. We went the less expensive, less invasive route and she advised us on how to do additional work on our end to protect against it happening again. The pipe she used to make the repair is heads above better than what was there to begin with - I could clearly see the difference in quality. She also recommended the steps we could take to repair the area around where the pipe burst and did damage to the carpeting and doors and she took time to check the other water lines around the house. We will definitely use Long's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

It was exceptional. His name is Morris and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable. He acted quickly. I felt like he gave me an honest assessment of the issue and then he resolved it. On the way out the door, he noticed some screws on the frame of my door had come loose and so he just fixed them for me. He didn’t charge anything extra for that.

Went well. Had them come out twice because the drain reclogged after about 3 months. The house had been sitting several months before we moved in and it had been renovated during that time. So there is no telling what the renovators put in the system. Next time we will get a good hydroclean from a company who does the real roto-ruter stuff. The folks here opened up the clog each time but we may need a more commercial clean than just a snake of the system.

We have a bathtub that leaks only when someone is having a bath, never when someone is having a shower. I called this morning at about 10:30 AM. I fully expected to have to wait a day or two to get someone to come out, but Richard assured me that someone would be by between 12:00 and 5:00. Lawrence came by around 2:00. From the way I was able to describe the problem, and his own knowledge, he felt that the leak was due to a worn gasket behind the overflow drain. He looked up the pricing for that job in a book, I authorized the work, then he replaced the piece and we tested and didn't have any more leaks from that area. Lawrence also gave me some advice on some areas to caulk (around the faucets and handles) where water could get through as well. Once again, I'm more than satisfied with Long's Corp, and would be glad to see Lawrence again if the need arises.

I called up Long Corp. and told Richard that I had a leak from the spare toilet area into a corner cabinet and counter in the kitchen below. One of the things I love about Long Corp is that they will come out the same day! Mike came out a few hours later and figured out that there was a leak in the tank and that he would have to do a minor toilet rebuilt. He showed me the problem and explained the parts to be replaced. He told me up front the price and I agreed. Mike is the plumber I use the most and he is very friendly, prompt, excellent at his work, takes the time to listen to my questions and explains everything to the customer. I highly recommend Long Corp and Mike as a plumber.

This is the second time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. He arrived on time, answered all my questions and was very professional. He didn't even complain when I turned on all the faucets before he was ready.
