JUST TIRES

I was warned the wait period would be a little longer than usual, but all staff were very professional, maintained communication while I waited and I received an overall positive experience.

The oil change was fine. However, they suggested that my brakes and rotors be serviced and they quoted an outrageous price. Had they just stayed with the oil change I would recomend them. But I feel they were overcharging for the other services.

It all went fine.

Overall very pleased with the experience. I would recommend them, and I would use them again. I shopped for the tires I wanted on their web page. I also scheduled the time for the work to be done using their web page. I may have punched an incorrect button, but I ended up ordering installation of 8 tires, the 4 I really wanted, and 4 that I had considered, but decided against. It was not obvious to me how to fix it on line, so I called and spoke with a technician. When I brought the car in, they reviewed the order with me and fixed the order so that I got he tires I wanted. They called later to discuss the brake work that they recommended based on their inspection. They called me when they estimated that the car would be ready in 30 minutes. We discussed and settled the bill when I arrived for pickup. I did not stay in the shop when work was being done, but the waiting area looked bright and roomy - different than some other shops I have been in.

They have favorable prices and it is a one stop shop. They were efficient.
