It's Haul Good is a locally owned junk removal and donation service business. We specialize in the removal of furniture items and other unwanted belongings from both residential clients as well as from businesses. We are committed to providing a valuable service that's both professional and efficient. We practice responsible disposal methods and consider ourselves environmentally conscious. We aim to donate as much of what we take away as possible, following our charitable partners donation guidelines. If you need a donation pickup or moving clean out, give this company a call. Everything was seamless from scheduling, on time arrival, friendly staff, and the quick and careful removal of items. They were also very accommodating and provided an updated estimate on the spot when we realized we had more items than originally estimated. Payment was simple via an online link, allowed for adding a tip, and provided an instant receipt for taxes. We will definitely be using this company again!

Excellent Team! They were very communicative - calling us ahead of the service to let us know their exact arrival time and to confirm parking. They were trustworthy, efficient, professional, and friendly. This was not an easy task - they moved heavy patio furniture down multiple sets of spiral staircases in very hot weather. This company was awesome from start to finish! I had nice pieces of furniture that I did not want to just throw out. They were extremely engaging and professional. They moved two heavy entertainment centers from my basement to their truck. And gave me a discount, because I moved three additional pieces of furniture up to my garage, so their transfer was easy for those items. They told me that they would make every attempt to put the furniture into the hands that needed it. Outstanding!!

It’s Haul Good made our donation to Blue Ridge Hospice so easy. We were moving out of our apartment so the timing of the pick-up was important. Their communication was effective; they set a pick-up time and notified by text and phone when they were 15 minutes out. Two men showed up with a dolly to move the items via elevator from a third floor apartment to their truck. They were professional in dress and demeanor. We give the experience two thumbs up,

It went well. The haulers forgot their foot coverings and got some dirt on the carpet, but they acknowledged it without my even pointing it out. Its Haul Good sent a carpet cleaning company the next day to remove the small spots. No complaints from me! One piece of furniture was accepted for donation by a charity and Its Haul Good sent me the receipt for my tax records.

I was very pleased with the service from It’s Haul Good. They were the first company to call after I submitted the form on Angi’s list. Pricing was very straight forward. They showed up at the right time - even called to see if it was ok to come a half hour early. 12/13/2022 - We had 1 queen boxspring, mattress and frame, 1 recliner sofa and 1 recliner love seat, and 1 heavy sleeper sofa to haul away. There were two young men from the company, very polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived at our house a bit early, but that was ok. They saw all the furniture to be hauled away and gave us a very reasonable price. We accepted. They were at the house about 40-50 minutes total. We were happy with their work and we would use the company again.
