Absolutely terrible. I ordered a bouquet of flowers through 1-800-Flowers and they used this florist to assemble the bouquet and deliver it. First things first, they got the delivery date entirely wrong. They were supposed to deliver the bouquet on Saturday, June 22nd but they delivered it a week prior on June 15th. This was very upsetting because the bouquet was supposed to be a surprise for my best friend during her housewarming party. I called 1-800-Flowers to get the issue resolved and they offered to deliver a bigger bouquet free of charge the following weekend (when the original bouquet was supposed to be delivered.) I agreed since she got to keep the first bouquet and receive an even nicer one the following weekend. But I was entirely wrong. Whomever looks at the orders at this florist is a complete idiot because they went back THE SAME DAY, took the previous bouquet, and left her with the bigger arrangement. THE SAME DAY. They got the delivery date wrong TWICE and took the original bouquet back with them. After receiving a call from my best friend explaining what happened, I called 1-800-Flowers immediately, demanded a refund and said I do not plan on using their services ever again. They handled it, issued me a refund, said they were going to e-mail me a $20 gift certificate (which I have yet to receive), and made sure to note NOT to pick up the bouquet that was delivered incorrectly the second time. I was appalled that they would even consider picking it up when they messed up the order twice. By that time, this florist had closed so I had to wait until the following morning to call and ensure that they were not going to pick up the second bouquet. I called right when they opened at 9am on Sunday, June 16th. Whether it was the owner or one of her employees, they were VERY rude and did not understand that they had messed up the order. First, she accused me of putting the incorrect date in the order when I had multiple forms of proof showing it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 22nd. Second, she asked me if I liked the bouquet and after saying, "yes, I guess so even though it was delivered on the wrong day" she says "okay, you can keep it." Really...? I can keep something I paid for and you delivered improperly TWICE? Why thank you, you are too kind. Third, after explaining to her MULTIPLE times that none of her workers better attempt to pick up the second bouquet, all she could say was, "yes, okay. You can keep it." She clearly did not understand that they had made two mistakes in the same day. After asking if she wanted to take my name or the name of the recipient so she knew which order I was talking about, she said "no, I got a note from 1-800-Flowers this morning saying not to pick it up. I'm good." Well clearly the first two "notes" you received from 1-800-Flowers did nothing for you because you delivered 2 different bouquets incorrectly. I will be leaving another review for 1-800-Flowers because they were somewhat helpful throughout this whole situation but I would NEVER recommend this florist to my worst enemy. They do not respect their customers, they are completely rude and blame their mistakes on their customers and I will let 1-800-Flowers know they should not do business with this florist whatsoever.

When flowers weren't delivered on 2/17, I called the florist and they said there was a 'mixup' and they had the delivery date as 2/18. I told them I had the email from them clearly stating delivery was for the 17th. They offered to upgrade the arrangement from standard to "deluxe" and re-deliver the flowers on the next business day, which was 2/22 (due to President's Day holiday). I agreed. I don't know how to attach a picture of what was actually delivered but I can send it to anyone that's interested to prove that there is NO WAY any reasonable person would mistake the inadequacy of the arrangement, which had less than 25% of the flowers it should have for the standard "cotton candy" arrangement, much less a "deluxe" version. I called and complained loudly to the store manager; she apologized and said she would refund the purchase price, less the delivery charge, and that 'we could keep' the floral arrangement- as if they'd come and take it back! I agreed, but it has been 10 business days without any sign of the promised credit to my account. I've contested the entire charge with my bank because of the fraud involved (delivering an inferior product). PLEASE always confirm visually that the floral arrangement you order is the same one that is sent- apparently *this* store bets you won't compare notes!
Description of Work: I ordered and paid for a standard "cotton candy" arrangement from their website on 2/16/11, and received a confirmation email the same day indicating flowers would be delivered on 2/17/11. Flowers were not delivered on time or as promised.

Greensleeves failed to deliver the flowers to the recipient on the day promised. The flowers were rerouted to my home and delivered at 7pm. Upon arrival, I noticed that the flowers were wilted with multiple broken stems. Multiple phone calls to the florist resulted in being placed on hold and then subsequently hung-up on. On 2/14, a Greensleeves salesperson promised delivery of complimentary chocolates on 2/15; no delivery was ever made and when questioned, the manager denied any knowledge of it. The manager did not return multiple messages left between 2/14 and 2/15. I was finally able to contact the manager on 2/19, who denied any quality or service issues. I requested a refund and was rudely denied. I've since escalated the issue to my local Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: Ordered an arrangement of flowers for delivery on 2/14/08. Order was placed on 2/13/08. Recipient was located 2 miles from the florist's place of business. Flowers were not delivered on time and were of poor quality. Customer service at florist was unresponsive and manager was unwilling to provide a full refund.

Response from Greensleeves Florist
We went to the office at 4:30 pm but the recipient was not there, she had gone home but the office was still open. Got call from sender asking about the delivery at 4:30pm. He gave us a hew address and said I am not there but leave the arrangement at the front door which we did. At that time I advised him that we are not responsible for the arrangement if it is left at the door. Nobody at the shop promised chocolate delivery the next day, I asked the staff. Got call on February 19th, gave him 20%% off the flowers or 50%% off next purchase. Guarantees at our shop is for 3 days, call came after 5 days. No message left for me before that day.
