They were fantastic! They thoughroughly cleaned all the areas they were supposed to clean. In spaces they went above and beyond. The grout in our shower was turning an orange/red (from some type of mold), which I had bleached before but it came back, and when they were finished it was GONE! To this date it has not returned. I don't know what product they used, but I'm a fan.

It went wonderfully well! The house is sparkling clean! I am not an easy person to please. I am incredibly happy with the service. Scheduling with Sam was very easy. He was prompt about returning emails and when the work was finished called shortly after Mary and Alicia left to see how things are gone. I'm going to hire them for monthly visits. Mary and Alicia arrived right on time. They brought equipment and cleaning supplies with them. They started working right away and did not stop for the entire three hour period they were here. There was no chatter or talking on the cell phone. Mary and Alicia did much more than I had anticipated as you can see from the pictures. I can see clearly out of windows that had been dirty and they did the inside and outside of the two sliders. The hardwood floor's are shiny and spot free. They did an excellent job with the vacuuming and the kitchen and bathrooms are very very clean. They even put on some nice finishing touches such as folding the towels specially and putting florettes on the toilet paper rolls.

I was moving to a new house I hired them and they did a great job. They arrived on time. There house was heavy dusty due to a construction going on in last few days. I will put the house on the market so I need a deep cleaning, all the places were thorougly cleaned. And the cleaners were quick.

The bathroom cleanings were done superbly well. There were unwiped spots in the kitchen floor near bottom cabinet under sink and lower refrigerator).

they do fine cleaning work my issue is they asked me do a yelp review, which I did, for a small discount on cleaning they had trouble finding or seeing the review, which I did, they originally said I'd have to pay the discount back to them because they couldn't view it, even though I repeatedly sent them the screen shot to the review, it was very unprofessional but again, their actual cleaning work is fine

We'd had a set of cleaners that we had actually gotten too used to and they became almost like family. You know how the issue with family goes. They start doing a little bit less and a little bit less and finally you start trying to figure out who is paying who. When we first hired this group it was like: You're doing that? You're cleaning this? You're bending down to get under stuff? What are you doing? And it was just amazing. The things they were doing as just regular cleaning we'd never seen  before done by the other cleaners. I bet we were paying a lot for the other cleaners because they dropped the price for us. It's one of these things you get what you pay for. And sometimes you think you're getting a good deal and then you see what a good deal looks like. If you want a group that really does well, there's a consistency within that we've seen. They don't slack off  when they show up. Anytime they're here, they're here to work. I will use them again even if they don't have a special.

We've used them several times and they are great. They like coming to us. We always give - there are normally have 2 ladies with them - each a $15 tip. We make them happy when they see us. We've had them at least 4 times now. We like them. In fact we ask for the same 2 ladies most of the time if they're available. Not only would I use them again I am probably getting ready to use them again.

Excellent job, two women cleaning for 1 hour each. I was very impressed with how clean they got my bathtub. Also, they were careful with items so they could dust underneath.

They were wonderful. They charged what they said they would. The best part apparently, my daughter was just like beside herself with what a fabulous job they did on the oven. The worst part was that they were later than what they had scheduled to be as far as the appointment. They did not call to apprise us that, that would be the case. That was the only downside. They came about an hour late, which was too bad. I know that they were sort of fitting us in, so I would lean more towards giving them a break on that. Just because my daughter was so very, very happy with the job they did. Apparently, they did an extra hour of work for free. There were 2 ladies and they stayed there for 2 hours, they stayed a little longer. She didn’t even request they stay beyond their work time, but they offered; and said that they wanted to make sure it was all done the way they liked to have it done. Pretty impressive. I thought it was a good price for all the work that they did. I called them, they fit us in because they had a full schedule and we explained that we needed something. I don’t want to mess them up since they did that and I don’t want them to have a lesser score since they did a really outstanding job, but I think it is important to know. On punctuality, let’s give them a “B” because they don’t even call to let you know, and you are hanging out and you’re wondering. As soon as I get enough clutter removed from my house, I am going to call them and have them come here.
