Sunny did an outstanding job repairing my refrigerator. He arrived on schedule, immediately diagnosed the likely problem as a failed compressor relay, and replaced the relay, plus he cleaned the dust off the cooling coils - all in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

On Sunday, I requested service for refrigerator service. Expert Appliance Services messaged me promptly, offering to send a technician on Monday between 1pm and 4pm. I responded immediately to accept the appointment. Monday… no call, no text, no show. This is especially irritating because I stayed home to meet the technician while my wife and kids attended holiday events.

I've worked twice with Sam at Expert Appliance Services and came away impressed each time. He repaired a microwave/oven set in 2019 and a refrigerator in 2020 that both had faulty control boards. He returned calls promptly and arrived on time, walked me through how he diagnosed the problem (which aligned with what I'd read online about the units), was polite, accurate in his quotes, and gave me what I considered a fair price both times. Most importantly, both units are operating again and the repairs were substantially less than replacement units. Very professional service - I highly recommend him.

Repairman came the next day and worked on washing machine. Sam had quite a job accessing the problem due to space constraints in my home, but he kept at it and got to the problem. He had the defective part with him and quickly replaced it. The problem that I called them for was fixed. After he left a new unrelated issue surfaced and he was kind enough to come back and fix that issue, too. I highly recommend Sam and his company - they know their business.

Buyer Beware. Be careful of shady billing practices with Expert Appliance Services. We have an Electrolux clothes dryer model EFME617SIW0. The dryer was operating louder than normal and making a squeaking noise, so we called Expert Appliance Services to repair it. Their employee Santoush Anand arrived within the window the company provided for service. Santoush believed one or more of the rollers in our dryer were worn out and causing the noise. He turned the dryer on but did not take it apart to assess its condition. He checked the model number and immediately said he did not have any of the correct replacement rollers in his truck. He did not go out to the truck and check, he simply started looking up prices on-line for new rollers. Our Electrolux dryer uses the same drum support rollers as Frigidaire, Kenmore, and other major dryer brands. I know this because a different repair tech from Expert Appliance Services told me a year ago in 2019 when he conducted the same repair on our dryer. I found Santoush's claim that he did not have any of the correct rollers surprising. How does he expect to fix most common household dyers if he is not keeping these rollers in stock? However, COVID-19 has caused problems for inventory control, so I agreed he could order the parts and come back another day to complete the job. Santoush charged me $69.00 for showing up and turning the dryer off and on. He said the $69.00 would be credited against the final bill. Santoush called me back later the same day to say that the replacement rollers would cost $47 each. We might need to replace 5 rollers, but I would only pay for the parts used. That price seemed high, but I agreed since he said the parts could be returned if not needed. I did some research after the phone call and the OEM rollers cost $35.06 each from Sears, where I bought the dryer. Cheaper versions of the wheels can be found as low as about $6.00 each. I ordered the OEM rollers and left a message with Expert Appliance Services to call me back the next day. When Santoush returned my phone call he said labor only for the repair would be $150.00 and the $69.00 service call fee would not be credited against the final invoice. He claimed the $69.00 was only credited against "Parts and Labor" and since I only needed labor the $69 would not apply. I cancelled the service call and will no longer conduct business with this company. I suggest you tread carefully with them as well.

The technician did an excellent job! He figured out that the dishwasher motherboard needed a reset, and once he did that, the appliance began working properly again. I have had no trouble with it since.

Excellent experience. Responded right away and communicated very well. Practiced social distancing. Tech wore mask. Never even interacted with him. He came in thru the garage. Spoke to me by phone and sent videos of the repair. Highly recommend.

Sam who came out today was able to diagnose the problem right away, showed me what the problem was and had the part to fix it. Sam was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He followed safety guidelines that are in place right now. I was previously recommended to another company who wasn’t responsive after coming out. Also, their diagnosis wasn’t even close and they quoted me a ridiculous price. Thank you Expert Appliance Services and Sam.

Received a same day weekend appointment. Technician showed up within window of appointment. Courteous, communicative, fast work- done in 45 minutes! All costs explained up front and very helpful with notes about aftercare. Great experience, will definitely hire again.

Called 200224 for refrigerator Ice maker broken. Came w/i 2 hours as promised. Diagnosed issues. Immediately fixed ice bin overflow problem. Ordered part for broken ice cube delivery paddle. Returned next morning with part. Disassembled ice delivery system in door, replaced part and tested and reassembled. Saved on complete system replacement. Happy with service and professionalism of company. Will continue to use them for all my appliance needs.

The technician Sam is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He correctly diagnosed the problems during the first visit. Ordered the correct parts and replaced the parts in a subsequent visit. Throughout the repair session, he explained what he is doing and diligently completed the repair job. His expertise and professionalism are excellent. I would definitely rehire Expert Appliance Services in future and recommend them to others.

The service person arrived on time, examined the dryer and quickly assessed the issue to determine a solution. He fixed it and it has been working since then.

The technician came to my house 3 times and spent over 6 hours total trying different parts but nothing worked. They only charged me $69 for a service call.

Very good service. Parts had to be ordered but that was no fault of the repair service. Very quick to diagnose and perform repair. No mess.

Called in the morning and service person was able to come out same day (less than 3 hours later). Individual was polite, punctual and professional. Quickly determined the problem and explained how it was not the machine but a vent issue (not a service he could address). He provided a recommendation for a vent service person (one he himself used less than a month ago for his own home), which I appreciated. He noted that if dryer use was continued without the vent being cleared, it could burn out the dryer, which would necessitate replacing it (bigger cost). I would have preferred if the service fee was a bit less, but then I reminded myself that time and travel costs add up.

The technician (Sam) arrived on time, and performed the work professionally. The price charged was exactly as quoted and they honored their discount coupon as well. Very happy with the repair job and would definitely recommend them highly.

Exceptional, Believe these reviews. My 10-year-old GE Fridge stopped working last night. I called at around 11 am and PJ was in my driveway ONE HOUR later with the new motherboard. Unbelievable, I'm still speechless. Believe the hype. Too bad these guys don't fix cars, air conditioners, furnaces, lawn mowers ............. Very well done indeed!!!!
