They did not come out, so I used someone else. Stay away from them. I don't want to go into it. They try to sell you on stuff. They were out one time a long time ago. They said your heat pump is ok, but we could sell you this $300 part to help the heat pump kick on easier and last longer. It gets them in to your house where they can sell you stuff that you made not need. I used to have them when they came out twice a year to inspect the furnace. I called them after our power was out and was told I would be put it on the list and am still waiting.

They have been terrific. We have had them for years. The price is reasonable. I would use them again. We have been using them for 10 years.

Service was on time and professional. It was an all-day job and the guys didn't stop until done! Only "complaints" I have are that no one calls to schedule maintenance checks. I have to contact them - not right. Also the plumbing check was ridiculous. Guy came, turned things on/off, told me not to put blue in my tank and that was it. I do not think he even checked to make sure things were tightened and sealed. I will not waste my money on that one again!

They replaced my heating and AC last summer so the servicing was included in that cost. I've used them for 20 years.

The monthly billing might have been $50 or $75.

I've been using them for a real long time. I have an annual contract that is roughly $400 a year. They're efficient and punctual. They usually send one person to do the work.

I don't know where to put this, I think our only disappointment was one of the 2 people was a little hard to communicate with. It was like he had lots of ideas but , we would talk thru an option and express an interest in that and then a few minutes later its like we had to do it all over again. It was like he wasn't listening carefully and responding to what we were saying. He was not good at communication.

Anyone from this area would know them, their on TV all the time. Their a big, well known company. Their very professional and do a good job. We have a yearly contract, they come twice a year. Set up your heat in the fall and your air in the spring. We pay a yearly fee and they fix anything that is wrong and get you ready for the upcoming season. I think the fact that we have this yearly contract with them, we have had for a number of years, it includes anything that may go wrong. We have definitely gotten our money worth. They know what their doing. We've used them for a number of years now.

I usually use them and everything has been fine. I try to get it done twice a year. The guys come and they are nice but they try to sell you on stuff, and you can think about it and say, no. They come when they say they're going to come. I think they are quite professional, they take off their shoes, they're polite. They're a large company that sends out knowledgeable and professional technicians. Usually they may try to sell you something, you're never under the obligation to buy anything. They seem to be responsive and try to be helpful. The workers have been just fine.

We have a contract. Twice a year they do a heating check up and A/C check up. They are professional. I have no problem getting an appointment. We have no issues with them the past several years. At least what we had with them. So, It's just excellent all the way around.

I have requested an itemized bill from them for submission to my insurance company for several weeks and have gotten no response. The company representative stated that CroppMetcalfe does not itemize expenses. The insurance company is refusing to reimburse me for the cost. I can only infer that the CM will not respond because the work was ridiculously overpriced. I have lost all faith in the company's ability to perform services for a market price.

I couldn't be happier with the service. He went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it.

Tyrone was EXCELLENT. We are completely satisfied and will stick with this company and we hope that they will send Tyrone out each time!!

Lawrence was friendly and professional. He performed the work quickly and even had to work around the crew in my place remodeling my kitchen. He did not mind and was just as pleasant with them as he was with me.

It went very smoothly. They were prompt and it was over in 3 days.

We have been customers of Cropp Metcalfe for many years, and have HVAC and plumbing service contracts with them. I am pretty sure that their attentive care to our 23-year-old air conditioning system kept it problem-free for nearly 10 years beyond its normal life expectancy. When we had our spring check-up recently, Jeraldy encouraged us to have someone come to assess our system and give us a quote on a replacement. Chris Duke, one of their estimators, was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. He explained our options, provided copious information, and gave us quotes on 2 different systems. We finally bit the bullet and decided to replace our aged A/C rather than risk having it expire in the middle of the hot summer. Oscar and his two associates arrived promptly, were polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. They put down drop cloths and wore their shoe covers in my house to keep from tracking in dirt/mud. It was a smooth installation which took approximately half of the estimated time to complete. I could not be more pleased!

They did a good job completely. Their service and everything is exactly what you'd expect. They do a good job and explain everything. They cover everything. We have been very pleased with their work. We had another company for years since the house was built it was the original install company and we changed company because all of the people we were dealing with had retired and the service just wasn't the same.

I had a great experience with them. One worker comes out and it takes about a half hour to complete. They are really responsive. Any time I've ever had a problem they can always get someone out to me the same day.
