Jae responded the fastest to our request for a quote for a shower remodel, and his quote also ended up being the lowest. He was professional, punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond answering our questions. His two team-members who did the work were also great - hard workers and generally helpful in giving advice and going the extra mile on our project. Jae checked in several times on their progress, and we always felt like we could reach out to him at any time. Ultimately, we are very pleased with the shower remodel and level of work. We’d work with Jae again and recommend him to others enthusiastically!

It was a pleasure working with the guys at Connor Construction. They did an excellent job and did not make decisions for me. They let me do that. I so appreciate everything they did to remodel my bathroom.

We hired Connor Construction for a bathroom remodel, and they did an absolutely superb job. This was by far one of the best experiences with a contractor we've ever had. Their quote was very reasonable, their turn around time was quick, and their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. We received a quote at the beginning of the year. Connor Construction told us to take our time and talk to other contractors. We procrastinated until the very end of the year and contacted them on the morning of December 31st. To our surprise, Connor Construction responded to us that same day on New Year's Eve and set a date to meet about the project. Work started two weeks later (on average, the lead time is 4 weeks, but I understand Dec,/Jan. is typically slower). Over the roughly 9 consecutive days of work, they accommodated every request with a smile. On the last day, they quickly finished every single thing on our punch list and left us with a beautiful, new bathroom.

We hired Connor Construction to finish part of our basement and convert it to a home gym. Overall the experience was very smooth from start to finish and we are thrilled with the finished product. The owner Jae was very friendly, easy to work with and was hands on during the duration of the project. He came each morning to debrief on the prior days work and discuss next steps. His team was efficient and did a great job with workmanship and keeping us in the loop during the process. Overall had a great experience and I would definitely recommend for others.

Several people recommended Jae and Connor Construction to us when we were beginning our home renovation project. We hired Jae and his team to convert our screen porch into a year-round living room, update lighting in two other rooms, and a few other updates in our kitchen and adjoining rooms. Jae is responsive, communicative, transparent, and always a pleasure to work with. He promptly helped troubleshoot when issues arose, including with the county permit application process and the unexpected that comes with renovating when using an existing structure. Jae was a calming presence during the inevitable ups and downs of a renovation, and we were always confident that he would help us reach the result we wanted.

I hired Connor Construction to renovate a basement bathroom. In every way this was a positive experience. The quality of their work is excellent. Their business practices are professional and fair. I definitely trust them. In fact, I am having them renovate our basement utility room, now that I know how professional they are.

We had a bathroom partially remodeled (floor and shower tile) in September 2023. During the project, the guys decided to sit on my stairs and eat their lunch, without asking. We don't eat meat in this house and there they were, chowing down on chicken wings. At the start of the project I indicated I was particularly worried about the toilet because the flange had a repair kit on it and didn't sit perfectly level. I was assured everything would be taken care of properly. It was not. Less than 2 months later, the toilet was rocking quite a bit. I emailed as there was a 1 year warranty. It was like pulling teeth getting them to come out, they showed up late, and I was given an attitude the whole time. Fast forward to February of this year, the floor tiles started moving. Grout cracks everywhere, and grout coming out. I emailed again as it was still under warranty. I received no response. I should have kept badgering and demanding they come out and fix the floor, but I had a lot of other things to worry about at that point. Now the toilet is rocking again, we are 2 months past the warranty and I've had to have a plumber come and fix it. The floor continues to deteriorate. I wish I had never chosen this company. Hire them at your own risk.

Jae was fantastic. My new kitchen has been a huge hit among my friends.

Jae's team completely remodeled three '60s era bathrooms. They were able to add GFCI outlets, install tile on the floors and shower/bath walls, and update all the plumbing. Mendee even came back after the job was complete to re-align the mirror, light, and medicine cabinet when I noticed it didn't quite line up with the new larger vanity. I definitely recommend Connor Construction.

Jae Kim, the owner of Connor Const. visits the project at least onde or twice a week to make certain his men are doing what we want. Customer communication is of utmost importance to Jae., He helped us find a new vender when our vanity top was delivered broken in two. He took the old vanity top back to the vender and we received our money back. He helped us in so lmany different ways that we would never have seen, had we not had his assistance. He is honest as they come. His staff are true artisans at what they do and they care that you are satisfied. He even helped us with things not on our contract. I have never worked with a vender who is so committed to his customers. He and his workers are first rate.

Over the years, weâ ve hired Jae and his team to do a kitchen renovation, main level Lighting & ceilings, and two bathroom remodels. The service, professionalism, and quality of work have all been top-notch. The final result turned out fantastic and all within the communicated budget and timeline. We would definitely recommend them for future work, especially if you have the opportunity to get matched with Chuka!! He has exceptional finishing skills. All team members that we have worked with have been great though. Happy remodeling!

They were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire project, and made our first experience with contractor work on our house a positive one. The final price was more reasonable than I expected given additions and modifications we requested, and the quality of their work was top notch. We are extremely happy with the result (remodeled bathroom and fully finished basement room) and will be using them again for future projects if they will have us!

Excellent work. Interacted well with wife and myself and very clean work. Precise on items needed to complete order and very hard workers. Owner was very pleasant from start to to finish. We had a few delays with shower door, but there was no issue with Connor Construction. Some items ordered were late being delivered. I am very pleased and my wife was very pleased with the work. Will be looking to call again for complete front door replacement

Connor Construction provided very high quality work at a very affordable price for our bathroom and powder room remodeling jobs. Jae provided input about different design elements, visited the job every day to check on progress and the quality of the work being done, and was flexible when dealing with various requests we had. Mr. Lee and his assistant were at our house every day until the job was completed, did great work, and let us know when they encountered a problem that required a decision on our part. The whole team was very professional and easy to work with.

Great communication, professional work, reliable, patient, and flexible. Our project was a reconfiguration/remodel of several rooms - primary bath, laundry, powder room, and closet - and the crew worked hard to make everything turn out the way we wanted.
