The price was terrific, the people were professional, and they even picked up some pieces of wall glue that I had pulled off when I went to inspect the work!  Terrific professionalism and they welcomed that we were Angie's List members with a discount!  Would DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again.

Vendor made three 3/8-inch thick glass shelves for cabinet.

They were very professional over the phone and gave us an estimate of the work right away. They were finished with the project on-time and in a prompt manner (just 1-2 days later).

Everything went well. They understood my needs, advised me of options and then fulfilled the order quickly at a reasonable price.

Brought in the broken piece and they sized and ordered. It was done a few days later and matched perfectly. Really easy at a good price with good customer service. I'll go back for other needs. (Hopefully not something that has been broken by a tree branch.)

Circle Glass was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything accomplished that is glass-related!  We dropped off our 2 mirrors in the morning and they were able to quickly cut them down same-day.  While they couldn't necessarily guarantee the mirrors wouldn't break, we were willing to take the $10 risk.  My wife was also happy that we were able to buy more "modern" looking mirror brackets that were much nicer than the standard plastic brackets.  All in all, the cut mirrors fit perfect and we saved several hundred dollars by being able to re-purpose (and spruce up) our existing mirrors -- with Circle Glass making that possible.  Would definitely use them again, very friendly, knowledgeable and quick!  Thanks so much!

Guys were professional and company was responsive ... the initial quote was for the glass only and not the $150 prep work but they did explain this before the final purchase ... a little more than i wanted to spend but quality is good ...

Work was held up twice - once by incorrect size door being sent out, and again by defective door glass discovered (had chip in it),which had to be returned and new one ordered. Circle estimate did not include removal of old shower, and as a result, final price was $100 higher than quoted - we negotiated a split. Word was on time and satisfactory, but workmen did not clean up mess they left afterwards. I called them to complain, and they simply said they were sorry.

Good quality work completed on time.

We droppef off the doors after picking the type of glass we wanted installed. They called us after they were ready and the final results were just as we wanted. EXCELLENT!!!

Staff were terrific in helping us figure out what kind of glass was need for doors and whether we could retrofit our existing doors or needed to get new ones ( we wound up getting new ones, which is going to give us a much better look on the cabinet.  (Price shown is for glass and installation, we ordered the doors online.)  While we were there, I asked if they could also do glass for picture frames and they said 'sure', I got three custom sized pieces for a framining project for a fraction of the price that I would have paid at the craft stores that do framing.  Would definitely use them again for any projects needing glass.

The people from Circle Glass were terrific. They were very responsible and professional. My only complaint is that they did not clean up. I called them and they were apologetic. It was hard to sleep in the night with the dust and all. The price was acceptable.

The glass top is exactly the dimensions provided. This was a simple job of 1/4 inch glass with polished edges. I first emailed a photo through the website contact and I did not hear back. A few days later I called and the man I spoke with immediately gave me a price and told me it would be ready very quickly. They did not call next day as promised, but when I checked in, the glass was done in less than 48 hours. Looks and fits great. I suggest using phone for inquiries and orders. When I was in the store, the man was extremely informative about a range of glass products I anticipate needing including shower enclosures, replacement double pane windows, window film and such. Obviously, my actual job was small, but based on the conversation, I would check further into this company for larger projects.

It went fine. They came and measured and then returned with the finished product and installed it.

I contacted them as they were an authorized Patriot Glass representative and those were the windows the contractor had installed in the house. They were able to come within 1-3 days of my placing the call to gather information for an estimate and then followed up with an estimate. Once I agreed to the estimate ($300), they placed the order and said it would be about 3 weeks till the glass arrived. They called when it was ready to be installed and were willing to work with my schedule. The date was set and a time of between 3 and 5 pm. At 3:50 the technician called to say he would be at the house within 15 minutes. The whole job was completed by 4:30. I was pleased with the entire experience, and it was much less expensive to replace the glass versus replacing the window. I gave them a "B" in price as I didn't do alot of comparison shopping so I'm not sure if this was the best price available.

The employees were kind and professional on the phone, and didn't charge much at all for labor since I brought the door into their shop. They called when it was finished, and the glass looks great! I am a female, and I really appreciated that they even carried my fireplace door out to my car, which was fairly heavy, when the job was completed. I gave them a low rating on quality, though, because they unfortunately scratched up my fireplace door. I had just painted it (though the paint had dried and set), and they must have put it on a hard surface and moved it a few times, as I had to re-paint portions of it after I picked it up. The scratches were very noticeable. When I dropped it off, I asked them to be careful with it, and I wish that they had used a cloth or something to place it on while they worked on it.
