I bought a new car with Nissan last summer and wish that I would've had autostart so I contacted the dealer about it's placing it. They actually had a special on it which was great and it was installed in two days; was reasonably priced works fabulously and even provided a no charge a rental car during the 2 days. Would recommend to a friend.

They're ok. They had a big problem honoring my warrant as it was to expire in a couple of days. I was out of country and couldn't take the card in time. I didn't understand why they couldn't help me when the car was still covered and they couldn't explain properly either.

My overall experience was good. Came in for a transmission issue I had been having the prior couple of weeks where I would hit the first gear shift and would feel jerky feedback. I brought in my car and they described the problem to the service rep. He quickly went over some ideas of what it might be from seeing prior similar issues. After they inspected the car a bit and dismissed other issues the technician determined that it was likely a solenoid shift malfunction. I was obviously a little terrified at the thought of spending so much to try something that may not work, but he assured me that he had seen the issue before and replacing the solenoid pack has solved it every time so far. I went through with the service and was given a loaner car to hold me over for the next few days. They ended up getting the work done within a couple days. They were prompt and courteous in all their correspondence and told me to take my time with bringing back the loaner if needed. It has been about a year since and I have had no additional transmission issues and no issues related to the original problem. As usual, the service staff at Brown's was knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent. I arrived they had a rental car pick me up no muss no fuss, they called me after 2.5 hours and said it was complete and I could pick it up at any time. I was driven back to the lot, while there i walked into the tag's office and the man working there gave me my Auto tags while I waited inside ( it took 5 minutes) Excellent Service

A message light on my transmission came on so I brought it there. They kept my car overnight and even gave me a free rental car. It took one full day to repair my transmission. I have used them before and they have provided good service in the past.
