They told us that it could be 1 or 2 problems and gave us a price for each problem. We made an appointment for a date and time and no one came or called. We made another appointment and the same thing happens. They finally came at our third appointment.

The company was very responsive and called the next day to set up the appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided many tips for us. We would definitely use this company again.

Provider replaced spring in dishwasher door so it stays propped open (does not fall to the floor). He cleaned old gunk from the inside of the dishwasher, and gave me a cleaner solution so that the dishwasher would work better to wash and dry dishes and glassware cleanly. My only complaint is that the dishwasher door spring seems too tight now; door does not open flat.

Never use these rip-off artists. After purchasing a $60 coupon for Apple to do a diagnostic on an 18 yo oven that wouldn't turn on, the Apple repairman said that it was fixable but that I had to pay an additional $169 for parts. Turns out it was just a small universal starter that was installed in only 5 minutes. I feel that I made a mistake in paying that much, that a really honest repairman would have charged much less , Ithat feel I should have just gone out and bought a new oven. Most of all, I regret using Apple.

After a thorough explanation, the service provider replaced the heating element and the thermostat. Did a great job of explaining the problem and resolving it in a cost effective manner. Good expererience all around.

The service for the big deal from Apple Appliance Repair came out like we suspected that we needed a new appliance, a new refrigerator. The service was good. It took him less than an hour to determine that I would need a new appliance. He did a quick assessment, pulled it out and looked at the equipment, ran a diagnostic and determined that it wasn't feasible to repair it due to cost which might well be applied to a new piece of equipment which we did. I did not have to pay any other additional charges other than the 60 dollars which I purchased the big deal for. What stood out the most is that they were on time and that they put on booties to keep the house clean You show up on time and do what you are supposed to do and you can't complaint. It was a pretty good service. They met the expectations. I think the price is reasonable.

It was good. He came within the hour after we purchased the deal, which was great. It was downtime in the evening and he still came out. I think the total repair and the part's cost was $300. But then he discounted the $50 coupon that we had purchased through Angie's List after he honored that so we paid less back. The refrigerator is now working great. We've been living in our place for 3 years and it's always made a funny sound and all of a sudden the refrigerator wasn't cold anymore. It looked like the stand was heating a part of the fridge. And now it's like brand new. It's wonderful. So we didn't have to buy a new fridge. He was also just so quick and very courteous. It would have been a headache if we had to wait a few days but he came right away, which we appreciated.

There were several issues with the machine, the serviceman diagnosed, and recommended purchase of new machine. based on the nature of the repairs needed and the age of the machine.

I got a deal through Angie's list, my microwave started turning on when you'd open the door. They were super responsive with scheduling me for an appointment and called to let me know they were on their way. The gentleman who did the repairs was able to diagnose the problem quickly and thankfully he had the necessary parts to fix my microwave. Everything is working again normally. It was a tad pricey, however, getting the repair was much cheaper than buying a new microwave.

We got same day appointment. The service person came at scheduled time. Checked everything. Found out power was not coming to the dryer. Checked the main switch. He reset the fuse and it started working. Glad to use their service . Definitely call them again for future help.

.Serviceman came out next day to diagnose washing machine using $60 Angie's List deal. He came and determined it was either an obstruction in the drain or electronics problem. He found and obstruction and removed for free under the $60 and said to let him know if that fixed it or not. Unfortunately it seems it was the electronics board. He suggested it will probably be better to replace than fix given cost, but looked also up the part and found it was not available from Maytag anymore anyways. Were a bit delayed, but good communication and agreed to call with 45 minute warning so wife could stay at work until closer to actual arrival. Would definitely hire again.

Fine. He had to come back as the noise the machine was making did not stop. He came back in 2 days when the part arrived and installed in right away. Very good worker and completed the task that was asked.

Technician arrived within the time he said he would. Repaired the washer quickly. The cost was reasonable.

diagnosed issue and electronics replaced in fridge. mother board was bad, more expensive than i would have liked but was a fair price after i looked up how much the component was.

The servicer arrived on time and performed the work efficiently. While he was unable to switch hoses, because they were not compatible. He was able to connect them securely.

They didn't call to tell me that they were going to be late, I continued to call and they finally called two hours past their appointment time. They were over two hours late when they finally arrived. When he arrived my daughter could smell alcohol on his breathe and that he had been drinking. I was very upset when I was made aware of this, it is bad enough that he was late but to be late and be drinking as well is unacceptable. He was to come out and diagnose the problem, they never said that they were not going to fix it that same day. I would like a full refund for my money. At the end of the day I am still left with a broken washer. Updated 5.27.15 The owner called me back and rectified the problem and refunded my $60. I appreciate him coming forward and correcting the situation.

Everything went well. Found out it was a fuse problem and gave us the most cost effective alternative as opposed to the most expensive alternative.

A part was ordered after the initial diagnostic visit. Waited a few days because the part needed to come all the way from GE, but when he received the part, he came the next day to take finish up the repair. Was here less than two hours, no problems, and I would use again if need be.

Smooth from start to finish.

I had mixed feelings for the service for the big deal from Apple Appliance Repair. They were supposed to call before they came. Though I had expressed and asked their representative that they call, they did not, either time but other than that, it was okay. Overall I would rate them a 'B' because of not calling. I didn't really compare the price. It has continued to work as far as the quality is concerned. There were 2 different guys and they both had the same excuse, oh, I was in the neighborhood so I just came anyway which was kind of comical because they both had the same excuse. In the future if required, I would look elsewhere first, it is not that I would not use them but I would look elsewhere first.

It was perfect. I would put A+ for everything. They were on time. They were courteous. They were dependable. They didn't charge upcharge anything. They did exactly what I asked them.

Repairman was prompt and professional. Initially diagnosed a worn out bearing but it turned out they only needed lubrication.

Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen during the wash cycle. My husband turned the water source off and I began my Angie's List search. Apple Appliance was one of several possibilities but their $60.00 Super Deal (the price of their diagnostic service call which was deducted from the final total) clinched the sale. This should give you a good idea of what a bargain Apple is as the price of their diagnostic service call is well below that of their competitors (I heard $75.00 to $125.00 just for coming out!). My husband called their office at 9:00 a.m. and was offered an appointment in just two hours -- between 11:00 and 2:00. What a relief! The gentleman called when he was a half hour away and arrived well within the given time frame. My husband explained the problem to the repairman and he knew right away what the issue was, how to fix it and he went out to the truck to get the part. As he replaced the part he explained all that he was doing to my husband. He also mentioned that this water valve failing was a typical problem on a Kenmore dishwasher when it gets to an age of six to eight years. This did not take away from the problem at hand but at least we did not feel like it might have been an improperly closed door or something of that nature! Amir then cleaned out the dishwasher and ran it through a wash cycle to be certain all was well. Total cost was $229 (a total bargain for a diagnostic call, parts and labor) but a real deal with the Angie's Deal which Amir applied without hesitation for a final total of just $169.00! A great relief to have found an appliance repair company that we can rely on and trust! Thank you to everyone at Apple Appliance Repair!

Called the provider for an appointment. He was willing to come the same day, but I was not available. We agreed to an appointment a couple of days later, and he was on time. He diagnosed the thermostat issue, said he could order the part, and it would take a couple of days. The initial appointment and diagnosis was a Saturday. When I had not heard from him by the following Friday, I called and left a message. He called back and said he had the part. He agreed to come over that same day and replace the thermostat. He arrived at the agreed to time, and he replaced the thermostat. It has not been long since the repair, but it seems to have fixed the problem.
