Description of Work: Very helpful and easy to work with. This is our second time using Apple Appliance and I will use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: After repeated attempts, I was able to get Apple Repair to come look at my washing machine. He attributed the leaking to a tear in the gasket and quoted an outrageous amount of money for repair. A quick google search for the part and a quick youtube video, we repaired the issue ourselves for a fifth of the estimate and in about an hour.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher was not running. The service light was flashing. Apple's technician not only resolved the problem, he gave us some tips to avoid future issues. Very helpful and informative. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The repair person came early, assessed the problem and was honest in telling us it was not worth the money to fix the washing machine.

Description of Work: Leak beneath fridge looked like a bad valve for ice maker / water supply. Initial visit tech said it was a water line connection problem and I needed a plumber. Got a plumber (add $80+) who checked and verified it was bad valve. Checked utube - looked like easy replacement. Found part but called apple back told them their diagnosis was faulty. They agreed to get part (then got wrong one at first) and fix for only part cost. Still cost me extra for a plumber I didn't need, took weeks to get done, multiple times leaving work to meet tech and plumber. To top it off on last visit the tech asked to use bathroom but didn't bother to close the door while he was taking a leak with two teenage girls in the house. Should've just fixed it myself.

Description of Work: examined our old gas cooktop to determine if it could be repaired. He then searched for parts online and with suppliers and was unable to find the parts but he let us know by phone when he was unsuccessful.

Description of Work: fuse in Dishwasher. Serviceman came out on Thursday Oct. 24 and did not have part, finished repair on following Tuesday.

Description of Work: They came to fix the oven which did not heat up properly and changed some parts. Unfortunately, it did not fix the probelm so they came back immediately, assessed and areed to wave the fee completely. The first technician Amir was very friendly and professional and the owner, Neil was courteous when the problem persisted and gracefully agreed to refund since the issue did not get resolved. I would highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: My GR dryer was broken. Neil came over for diagnosis. Later on, he visited my home again and explained to me that it was not worth repairing given the cost to replace the motor. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to come to explain what is going in face to face.
