The technician evaluated why the dryer was not working and it was determined the electrician who wired and mounted the outlet made an error. I brought him back and fixed the outlet and dryer worked.

Technician arrived on scheduled for initial call. Knew what the issue was (as did I, I'd researched it online) and said he'd have to get a quote for the part and would call me back that afternoon (Friday). Nothing was heard until the next Tuesday, but a good quote was given then and I told him to order the part. It came in that Friday, and was installed in less than an hour the same day. Fixed the problem, as it should. Great service except for the initial communications delay in getting the quote, which I can chalk up to someone getting busy. I'd use them again.

They didn't charge anything additional. I was not happy with them at all. I would not use them again. The price was fine and the quality was awful. They didn't fix it. They could have fixed it.

It worked out. He told us that there was a part that needed to be replaced. So there was an expense beyond the $60. There was something else he couldn't do. But, when he replaced the part, the other problem stopped. So we're good. We liked how ultimately, the problem was solved. We didn't like the uncertainty about what the problem was and whether it was able to be solved. He was pleasant enough. He was fine.

I had used Apple Appliance Repair in the past and had great service, so called them again when my washing machine wouldn't drain. They were able to come out the same day and actually arrived early. The technician was very professional and courteous. He removed all broken parts and the machine works great now. He even offered a tip on how to make the part last longer.

My washer was having some problems and he knew right away what was going on. He fixed the washer quickly and told me about a 30 day guarantee and a $20 coupon. I also appreciate the professional and friendly service. All the extra tips were great, too. Thanks!

HORRIBLE. I won;t belabor how terrible these folks are- it's laid out clearly here in other reviews. I had more of the same- no shows on multiple appointments, no returning calls - plus acting like I was really putting them out by talking to them when I did manage to reach them. I'm only throwing my two cents to note that if Kitchenaid sets you up with them, you do have some other options. I didn;t realize that, and I wasted six weeks with Apple trying to get my dishwasher fixed. I made 4 appointments, they showed up to only one, stayed less than 5 minutes and said they needed to order a part- and after six more weeks, I found out they still weren;t sure if they'd even ordered the part. Called Kitchenaid back and they referred us to Bettys. They;re not perfect, but do actually talk to you and return calls, and Ronnie the service guy from Bettys actually seemed to care- unlike these guys. Bety's eventually fixed the issue. nut then I could hardly believe it when I received a VM from Apple to schedule an appointment- in MARCH- you know to follow up on their service call in NOVEMBER!!! I'd long abandoned them since they are totally incompetent and clearly don't; care. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

It was alright. There was lots of extra fees. I didn’t end up going with them because there was so much extra. They came out and they were courteous.

They did the diagnostic but then quoted me a figure that I thought was a little bit outrageous. So, I went ahead and did the repair myself. They wanted $400 to install a part on it that I was able to find online and it was easy to do myself. They didn’t do anything wrong but I thought their rate was expensive. I think they jack up their prices if you use that deal as opposed to just going to them directly.

I'd been thinking the freezer wasn't freezing items solid. My proof came Friday morning of Labor Day weekend when I pulled an ice pop from a box in the freezer and it was completely liquid. I came to Angie's List because I had no idea what to do. I read reviews for this company and another. The other company had slightly better ratings, but Apple had more reviews about my freezer/refrigerator issue. It was late Friday night when I purchased the deal and figured I wouldn't hear anything until after the holiday or have to pay an additional fee because of the holiday. I am happy to say I was completely wrong! I had an email and call by Saturday morning at 8:30! They could have fit me in at 11 AM, but I couldn't change another appointment. So, they said 3-6 PM Saturday. Well, the tech got backed up and couldn't come. But, he called around 5 PM and asked if it was okay to come Sunday morning bright and early (8 AM). I was completely okay with that. The communication about setting the appointment was great and I truly wasn't in an emergency situation (I have a chest freezer I transferred items into). The tech texted me updates too. I appreciated that. Turns out I have a freon leak, tech gave me a 50/50 evaluation on whether a patch and refill would work. I opted for the patch and refill to give me some time to save up for a new fridge. If this works (and I'm still in the hope it works cause I think the gasket may be bad too), the estimate is the fridge has maybe another year or two. He gave me advice about what types of fridge to buy when the time comes. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and really listened. Total cost was $195, but I had the $60 credit from the deal and then their website had another coupon for freezer work, so my total day of was only $95. And just imagine my relief at no extra charges for a holiday weekend :-D Bottom line: I will definitely call them again when the need arises (but hopefully, it won't too often ;-)

The technicians - two guys from India living/working the American dream - took every thing apart, tested the electronics in five minutes. They could have told me I needed a major repair - and expensive fix - but instead they determined I was not using the ice maker enough and it just froze up. They said if I just filled a glass with cubes once every few days it would never happen again. They were right!

He was on time and very helpful

Apple Appliance Repair had a $60.00 repair special that would go towards the repair of the appliance and after reading their reviews I decided to try them. My wall oven had stopped working and knowing that my wall oven is a special order size I knew the cost would be over $1,000 before installation so I was crossing my fingers it could be fixed. I purchased the deal on Angie's List, Apple Appliance Repair contacted me immediately and in 24 hours I had an appointment set up for two days later. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice and polite. He explained to me the tech would call 30 minutes before he would get to my house and the the tech did just that. The tech showed up with a smile on his face, introduced himself and began asking questions about the issue I was having with my oven. He reviewed that I had paid $60.00 and that would go towards fixing the oven if that is what I wanted to do. He carefully took apart the oven and placed the parts carefully on the floor and counter tops. It took him no time to diagnose the issue and explain to me what had happened and what needed to be done. I knew how old my oven was, but never mentioned it to him and when he explained that this part burned out due to the use and age of the oven (which he put around 12/14 yrs old) I knew he not only knew what he was talking about, but he was being honest and not trying to make up anything to charge me more. He explained the cost to me and asked if it was something I wanted to continue with. Of course I said yes. He was wonderful, respectful and knowledgeable. After the work was completed and my oven was back together, he made sure to clean up every bit of mess (which was very little). He prepared my bill and went through every part of the bill with me making sure I understood everything (even down to making sure the date was correct). Apple Appliance Repair has a new customer for life when it comes to appliances needing any type of repair. I will be referring my friends and family who need any type of appliance repair. Thank Apple Appliance Repair for truly treating your customers like gold.

We have used them a couple of times. They helped work on our refrigerator, but in the end we had to buy a new one.

The tech wrote up a list of what needed to be replaced, but was really recommending replacing the unit because of its age. I eventually did replace the unit, and while the review of the appliance was fairly complete, I thought it could have been more detailed in what was needed and how much each part and service would cost. I didn't feel I learned very much that I didn't already know.

He was punctual and the fridge was repaired.

The night before Thanksgiving, I discovered that not only was I under the weather, the refrigerator had stopped cooling after I'd done a large amount of grocery shopping. There wasn't much we could do considering the holiday. I was able to get an appointment with Apple after sending a few messages out on Thanksgiving Day. They called on Friday morning and gave me an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was polite and responsive when I had questions. I thought he was being a bit hasty in the diagnosis, but took the time necessary to explain it to me. He replaced the thermostat expediently and entertained one other burning question I had about another feature of the refrigerator. It was immediately functional again and I was appreciative.

Seven year old Kenmore refrigerator displayed "0 FF" , no cooling at all. 4/9-Repairman came the same day as we called, had "forgotten his tools at the last job"-borrowed a screwdriver. Visually inspected PCB, said we needed a replacement. They made no further contact, so we called 2 days later to ask about the repair status. We were told that they would now order the part since we wanted that. This step in the process was not made clear by the repairman, we assumed he would order the part. We made phone inquiries for updates, and were told the part was not available until perhaps...and the dates kept getting later and later. We could find the part on a number of online webpages, but Apple say that they could not guarantee 3rd-party parts. As the expected date for the delivery of the PCB was forecast into May, we finally called Sears who came on April 28. The problem: the refrigerator had gone into "DEMO MODE". Solution: pressing a couple of buttons on the LCD simultaneously with the freezer drawer being open. There was NO NEED for a replacement part or the weeks of running up and downstairs to the basement refrigerator (during one such trip, I turned my foot and fractured it-adding to the aggravation!!)

Apple Appliance serviced and repaired my dryer at a very reasonable cost within an hour of my initial phone call. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

I hired them to fix a microwave and they failed to do so on several visits. They ended up damaging the microwave door and still didn't fix the microwave. They took a dirty rug off of my floor and placed it on my stove and then put the microwave on top of the dirty rug in order to fix it. When I tried to talk to them about the damage they caused they tried to make it my fault and argued with me about actually fixing the microwave and refused. Now I'm stuck with a broken microwave and door. I did pay them but requested they return the checks and they haven't done so and they made it seem like I was being unreasonable for asking for it back. I'm not sure they ever cashed the checks. I've never heard back from them. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM A SMALL BUSINESS RUINS IT FOR OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES.
