I've been going to Alexandre de Paris since 1992! I've never seen anyone come out of there who didn't look terrific. Sometimes the difference is amazingly dramatic. I love the people there, and Alexandre is the best, no doubt, plus he is a caring, nice man who treats his clients and his staff well. That's very important. All four members of my family have our hair done by Alexandre. Lorena handles the color for my hair and Anna washes and prepares my hair and gives me an amazing, relaxing massage while washing and conditioning my hair. There is something so great about walking into such an amazing place with warm, wonderful people who are so welcoming. Plus, he offers great products. I love their shampoo, conditioner and their makeup line is fabulous. Prices are very reasonable considering you're are getting such high quality service and outcomes! My now grown daughters have always looked great, as has my husband. It is so great to give your daughters the opportunity to look their absolute best, especially through their teen and now young adult years.

The service was excellent.  It's a top quality place.  It's very professional and very clean.  The services are excellent and they are very specialized.  If I have to compare them to the hair cuttery, they are more expensive but if I compare them to a high end place their prices are good.  They have good prices.

I've been coming to Alexandre de Paris to get my hair cut with Nicole since 1995 (when they used to be located inside Fair Oaks Mall). I first went to Nicole because I was looking for a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist in the area who cut a lot of conservative, short hair, and a friend had referred me to her. In the past couple of years I have also started coloring my hair to hide the grays, and Nicole has done an amazing job matching my natural hair color, exactly, using a henna-based formula. On those rare occasions when I cannot get an appointment with Nicole, I have also seen her sister, Nora, who is also an excellent stylist.
Originally I found their prices a little bit high, but I have found that my color and cut last much longer than I would have expected - a sign of great work. So, over the course of a year, I probably spend about the same as I would if I went to another salon.
Other services I have tried and been very happy with have included eyebrow waxing and facials.

One is Kim and I can't remember who the other one is and they're both very good. They're terrific. I've been using them for probably 5 years.

I have an appointment there tomorrow, and I was last there 2 weeks ago. The service is great, the people are great, the are all nice and friendly, they know what they are doing, and they are very professional. I have been going there since 2007.

This is the best color I've ever had! Typically, I end up with a brassy/orange color after a few weeks but the blonde has never looked better.

I go to Maggie and she's wonderful. She's always very positive and sweet. In between the times I go, if she sees a new hairstyle or something, when I go in she will say hi, I thought about you and this is a new hairstyle I thought you might like. She will make decisions on what color I should do my highlights based on the seasons and things. When I go in, she always makes me feel like I am the only client that she has. The shampoo girls there are just phenomenal. They actually massage and neck and head and they spend a lot of time with you so you feel very relaxed. They always offer you water or coffee and it's just the one of the best places I've ever been. Their prices are comparable too.

I have been going to Mervat for several years now. She is currently working at Alexandre de Paris. My experience with the salon has been great. The environment is pleasant and relaxing without being too stuffy. My experience with Mervat has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have presented her with challenges ranging from styling fine hair to growing out a pixie cut and she always does an awesome job.

They have very good quality stylist or other services, such as skin services. The people are very high quality. They are on the high end, so if you are willing to pay a little bit more, you are getting high quality.
