Came over very quickly and fixed the microwave in a snap!

Successfully repaired a Whirlpool upright freezer that was not freezing. Ace Appliance Pro called in less than an hour after I registered with Angi, and was at our house less than half an hour later to figure out what was wrong with our six-year-old freezer. I was prepared to buy a new one (which would fit better into our kitchen), but our "Pro" advised me that for less than half the cost of a new freezer, this one would last another five to eight years. And in less than an hour he replaced the whatchamacallit and fix the frizamabob (those are the technical terms), and our ice cream will remain solid. And he was nice to have around and did not mind us watching what he did and asking questions. Definitely will call Ace when the next appliance goes on the fritz. UPDATE: The repair threw the circuit breaker for our freezer and refrigerator. I called Moe and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He checked everything and concluded that it was the new part that was causing the problem -- and that many more repairs would be needed to make the freezer work. He gave us back our check, and told us we'd be better off buying a new freezer. While I wished we had not had the freezer go out (making peach cobbler now with the defrosted peaches, which thankfully were the only things we lost), I respected Ace's commitment to doing the right thing. I'd use him again, comfortably.

Mo is a one man band who prioritized job that⠠s needs to be done..1..came same day I placed the call⠦evaluate the trouble ⠦2..came the following day⠦opened the back of the dryer⠦found the issue⠦. he has to order the parts⠦..that same day he cleaned the accumulated lint in the back of the dryer⠦⠦.straightened that silver Accordion thing that goes outside⠦3 ..11/1722 Mo came back to replaced the seals. Ace Appliance Pro was able to book an appt. for me on short notice a week before Thanksgiving, which was a huge help! The technician Mo arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our broken refrigerator, told me he had the necessary parts, and gave me the price upfront. He very efficiently completed the entire repair and had the fridge working again in record time, to my enormous relief. It wasn't inexpensive, but certainly worth it to not have to spend thousands on a new fridge! I would definitely use Ace Appliance Pro again and highly recommend them!!

Mo from Ace Appliance Pro was successful in getting my well-aged stove top to light despite heavy corrosion and wear. He arrived at the time he said he would, was professional, offered a fair price, and completed the repair while I conducted an important zoom call in the next room. Many repairmen aren't dependable. The handyman who removed the oven door of my oven helped remove the oven door from the Bosch oven in my kitchen. I was tired of looking at streaks going down the oven door. No one wanted to take the oven apart and found Ace Appliance Pro would do so. I was relieved that he was able to help me. He cleaned most of the parts when he did not have to. He was responsible and polite and very helpful to me. I thought it was a bit overpriced but like the work that he did. Thanks

Our side by side fridge/freezer stopped working. Ace responded quickly and showed up just after 9 amâ ¦30 minutes after contact! Problem was diagnosed, parts available on the truck, fixed and finishedâ ¦all in 45 minutes. Timely, courteous and professional service. Weâ ll hire Ace again!

This service was outstanding in every way. Mo repaired our microwave that a box store repair said the broken spindle could not be repaired five years ago and the oven was no longer made. Last week it sparked and entirely quit heating . I called Ace Appliance Service on a Thursday afternoon. Mo came by on Friday morning, looked the microwave over, said he could get the parts and repair both the spindle and heating problem. He got the parts on Monday and repaired the over on Tuesday morning. So much for the big box outfit. Mo is a pro in every way. He will be my first go-to for any appliance problem.

A lot of positives about this company. I was in a hurry to get an oven working again, and am always concerned about a gas appliance not working properly. So I did not do much price-comparison. Ace was the top rated on the site I looked at, and they were able to come in a few hours. They did, almost exactly on time, and came back with the needed part the next day, again, right on time. Mo was pleasant, quick, thorough, and explained what he was doing. My only complaint was that I think (after doing a little more price comparison) that the price was a little high. He DID, however, give me a $50 discount on the final price, so that cushioned the blow somewhat. I would definitely recommend Ace Appliance Pro.

When I called for service, Mo called me back almost instantly. He came the next day and had my microwave repaired in 10 minutes. He had the needed parts on his truck and was ready to get the job done. If I need help again I will definitely call for Mo.

Mo came out twice to attempt to fix my refrigerator. The cost of the repair wasn't worth it, but did not charge me at all even for coming out twice. I will definitely use him again as he showed a true focus on customer service.

Mr.Mirza what right on time and very professional. He knew all about my appliances/refrigerator and instructed me how to care for it. I would highly recommend him and his company.
