Our 4runner's front tail light needed to be changed.  I brought the light with me and asked if they could change it for me.  They said they would take a look at it.  I asked how much it would be.  They told me the price would be dependent on how difficult it would be to change.  Well, I thought they were really helping me out by doing this.  It took them about 5 mins to change the light out.  I was very happy until they charged me so much for just changing out a light that I provided to them.  I have been to another auto shop where i have seen them not charge to change a light out.  I felt like they totally took advantage of me.  If I had known they would going to charge that much, I would have never had it done there.  Very disappointing and I will never go back

I was told that I needed 4 tires because I have a 4/w drive car (Rav) and was also told I needed alignment. I went ahead and did all and got a tire rebate plus used coupons which helped a lot. My husband told me that the car doesn't have 4 wheel drive so it makes me feel stupid when they insisted I had 4 wheel drive and that is why I had to replace all tires not 2 that were in obvious need. I am happy with the job they did but it makes me disappointed that I might not have really needed to replace 2 tires.

They did a good job but It took a long time for installation and inspection (2 1/2 hours).

I have been using them for a number of years and they know me pretty well. I can leave the car in the front section and don't have to stand around and wait for it, even if you are around it is not a big deal. They are convenient they are open at good hours one can drop the car off have it worked on and pick it up later.

They are excellent. I love them. They get them done on time. They would do what they said they would. They do a good job for a fair price.

Never resolved after talking to Mr Tire and National Headquarters. Will never go again, period. Had been customer for 10 years when location previously owned by family firm.

Terrible! This shop does not perform proper alignments. Do not use them for alignments. I took my car to Mr. Tire in Burke for an alignment because my front wheels show signs of wear on the outside of my front right and inside of my front left tire. They performed an alignment quickly on my car and said they only needed to adjust the Toe on one of my rear wheels but my front wheels were perfectly in alignment. When I looked at their own report, it showed the car was out of alignment needed Camber adjustments to the front wheels. When I brought this up to them, they said they first told me that my car has no camber adjustment (which is only true on the rear wheels). When I argued this point, they told me that camber is a hard adjustment to make and they'll need me to drop the car off for this alignment as they'll need more than 2 hours. I then arranged for someone to drop my car off and they promised to call me when ready. After 3 hours, I headed over there 2 minutes before closing, they told me that this time the mechanic allowed the suspension to settle and low and behold it was in perfect alignment without any adjustments. I took my car to the dealer and sure enough it needed a Camber adjustment. The dealer also pointed out that their and quot;toleranceand quot; on Mr Tire's alignment system were not consistent with the manufacturer's recommended tolerances so my alignment was even worse than the Mr. Tire report showed.

Now I'm pursuing a full reimbursement. Also, when cars are out of alignment, the wheels need replacing sooner and now I'm suspect about using a company who primarily sells tires to do my alignments as it's in their best interest to leave cars out of alignment.

I have an old car and they are nice about saying what I have to do and what I don't have to do. One time they realized it was something they couldn't fix and sent me to a dealer because they didn't think they had the tools to do it. They are honest and know their capabilities. They try to find a solution that is cost efficient.

They agreed that it was something that they had fixed 3 months ago and the part had failed; so they replaced it for no extra charge. I've known them for quite a while and I like them a lot. The atmosphere is good and they treat me very well. They can't do everything.

They did a nice job for a good price. I researched the tires online to get the feel of the price and also for the size of tire that I wanted. I called these people and they ordered the tires for me. They set up an appointment and I went in. They matched the price that I got online which was cheaper than the price that they quoted me. They didn't make me wait and ordered the correct tires.
