About us

Top of the Line, LLC was founded in January of 2003 by Wilber Loza. His experience in the window cleaning field has been more than 10 years before he start the company. Work was so overwhelming that by the end of 2003 we already employed three field workers. In 2005, Israel Portillo joined Top of the Line as a co-owner. Israel enhanced the company and brought it to a new level with his management, customer service and sales skills for both residential and commercial departments. He was selected to feature in The Washington Post and Wilber was in The Northern Virginia Magazine pointing out Top of the Line as one of the top competitive companies in the Washington, Maryland, and Northern Virginia Area. Top of the Line and their workers are both certified and credited with IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association).

I hired them to wash my windows and screens. They left my heavy wooden slat blinds stuck in the open position and I can't close them. They have not returned my calls asking them to come and fix them. I am 74 years old, live in a high rise on a heavily trafficked street, and have no privacy. I paid $150 for three windows and ended up with my blinds stuck. When/if they fix my blinds or refund my money so I can hire someone to fix them, I will revise my review.

Top of Line Service, LLC did a beautiful job. The crew, Edwin and Jose, was exceptionally professional as well as friendly. Importantly, they worked tirelessly for 8 hours to achieve sparkling windows and power washed patios and home for an excellent result and complete satisfaction. We would most definitely use Top of the Line Services, LLC again and have recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

It couldn't have been done better. Both men, one working outside and the other inside, got right to work upon arrival. I had requested that they come early and they were right on time. The inside man removed his shoes upon entering the house. He moved things that were in his way of washing the windows and put things back just as he found them. Upon finishing, he asked me to check all the windows to make sure that nothing else needed to be done. All was perfect as I expected. I had used this company two years ago when we moved into this house and knew that I would be pleased with the job.

Excellent. While this company was not the most inexpensive, they had me when they said they would not only clean the windows but also the window sills and the screens. They not only did that, but they cleaned the glass on my screen door, which to me was over and above. They did not arrive on time on the first date we set up, but they did on the second. It took them three hours for two workers to clean the windows. I'm so happy having the super-clean windows.

I received 3 estimates. Top of the Line was in the middle,but the lowest bid was by a guy who worked by himself and was going to need an entire day to clean the windows, and I did not have that kind of time. Their bid was not a lot higher than his. Israel, my contact at the company was very prompt in responding to all my emails and phone calls. The crew arrived in the window of time they gave me, and did a very good job in just a few hours. I thought they had missed one of the windows and called them to come back a few days later. They were quick to respond in having a crew come out, but it turned out that the window's seal had broken (way before they came to clean) and that's what was causing the "fog" that was noticeable at night. They were very nice about having to make an extra trip. I would definitively use this company again!

Work performed was impeccable and both men were professional, friendly and courteous They even do a "walk through" covering the windows to insure you are satisfied... This company was way over he top in service delivery. If you need your windows cleaned...go no further,,,,This is the company to use,,,,

Provider responded quickly to my initial request for service. Provider came out and gave a view estimate which was nice. Negative about scheduling is that the provider can only give you one days notice. In the second scheduling the guys arrived on time at 730 am. The cleaning was not done well at all. I first had to go behind them to ask them to do the small seal which clearly had alot of dirt. Then I had to show them 2 windows they missed which had alot of easily identifiable fingerprints all over them. Lastly, after I went around to check the windows I noticed they didn't totally clean off the screens and left big huge chunks of collected dirt in the corners of the windows. They didn't clean or remove window stubs/stoppers. At this point I just wanted to pay and have them leave. I would not recommend them as a professional company, I could of done better my self.

The 2 young men arrived within the time limit I was given, they started working right away and were very fast and efficient. They did a super job! We sold our house the last day of January, 2016 and I am giving this company's information to the new owner because I think they do a great job.

They cleaned 18 windows - inside, outside and in between the glass and the screens! The windows look great! They came on time and were very professional. This was a hard job and they did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

The workers arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I purchased the Big Deal. They cleaned my windows and screens. They did an outstanding job. I recently purchased some replacement windows. The windows that TOP OF THE LINE cleaned looked as good as my new replacement windows.  Again, the two men did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time.

Worked very quickly-which was great.

The only complaint I have is that there was a small amount of debris that spilled onto window ledge and  floor that was not wiped up.

It was a good experience, and I will use them again in the future.

The cleaner showed up at 7:45 for an 8-9 appointment.  He finished at 11:30. 
He completed the interior windows first, and made pretty short order of that.  The outside windows took a little bit longer as the townhouse is 3 stories and he had to move the ladder around.  I went about my workday (work from home day) and was not disturbed the whole time.  At the end he said he was done and asked me to walk around and verify the work was complete to my satisfaction.   I noticed that one of the rooms, a 6x6 space was not cleaned.  I pointed that out to him and he had it resolved with no issues.
