Colonial Plumbing has made plumbing repairs in my home,in the rental I manage and in my listings. They are consistently responsive and professional. I will always call Colonial Plumbing first.

I used them at my daughter's house last summer. I would use them again in future.

They arrived promptly, were very friendly but at the same time professional. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate us whenever we had a problem. The problem was always fixed in a timely fashion at the costs were very reasonable -- usually below other companies. I would recommend Colonial Plumbing to everyone who need their services. I don't think you will find a better company

Installers arrived as promised. Work progressed smoothly. A minor disappointment occurred when the only gas shut off valve installed was the one behind the stove, rather than in the garage where line enters the house and where it would be more accessible in the event of a fire or other emergency situation. Work was performed on a timely basis and neatly, with no callback needed.

On Saturday afternoon I heard water running in the crawl space.  After determining all faucets and toilets were not running inside, I called for assistance.  I received a call from the plumber indicating it would be at least an hour before he could get here.  He arrived about and hour and a half later and spent about 10 minutes.  He found a crack in a piece of PVC connected to part of the irrigation system.  He was able to shut off the water and said he could return during normal business hours to repair it so that I would not have to pay the after hours rate (I did pay him $79 for the service call).  He gave me a price to make the repair - $265.04.  I decided to call the man who had worked on our system before.  He came out the next day, made the repair in less than 30 minutes, and only charged me $85.  While I appreciated the quick response on a Saturday evening, based on the pricing quote, I do not plan to use this company again.

Quick and simple so everything was taken care of in minutes.  It was not a major issue; however, having the correct tools and patience unlike me, the problem was quickly corrected.  It was worth the mindset of knowing there was nothing else wrong and knowing the problem was resolved.  
Scheduling the appointment was easy and could have been out as soon as the next day, but I was not available so they came first thing in the morning on the day I was available.  Arrived right on time and could not say anything other than I highly recommend Colonial Heating and Plumbing.

I called at approx. 11am to ask if they could come out and check/unstop a
clogged upstairs bathroom sink.  The receptionist said they could be
there between 2-2:30 ON THE SAME DAY!  The two plumbers arrived at 2:25,
spent approx. 10-15 minutes unclogging the drain, told me how we could
prevent the problem in the future, and only charged $49.00!!!  WE NOW
HAVE NEW PLUMBERS!!! (and I told them so!!)  Very appreciative new
customer!
