Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! Delivery was on time and quick!

We use them just because they are easy to get to, but their customer service is horrible. Lowes make me mad. They act like you are not important because you are female, or that you are not going to understand. I talk to other females and they said they have this attitude. If I need to have something that I can talk to somebody about, I go to a small hardware store.

It's a good sized store, so it has good inventory. The prices are fine.

They were good. They were professional. I had no complaints. It's a pretty good deal. it was the best deal I have. I was happy with them.

They've got everything that I need and they are close by. Of course I will use them again in the future.

I purchased a door from the Lowes at Winterpock and contracted to have them install it. They sent an employee out to measure the door frame. The door also had to be ordered so I had to wait for it to arrive. I waited for just over a month for the door to arrive which was a couple weeks longer than what they had told me. When the door arrived, their subcontractor picked the door up at the store and brought it over to the house. He couldn't install it because it did not fit the frame. I waited another month for the door to arrive. Still, no door. I would like to say that I had already purchased the door for ~ $500. So, I called Lowes to ask about the door and they said that the replacement was never ordered. After a couple more weeks the door finally arrived. It was the correct size but I had to pay full price for the door plus $285 for installation. It seems to me that the customer service has really dropped off at Lowes. This isn't the only incident with Lowes. I could go on.

This company always does a good job for us and we have never had any complaints with them. They make sure to finish the work in a timely manor and the workers are always friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They did very shoddie work and I was not satisfied with their work. When I tried to get them on the phone they were rude and most of the time hard to get a hold of. I didn't even want the shutters but they didn't make it easy to say no. The shutters were not right and it took forever to finally get the job done right.

They showed up on time and they were very polite and kind. I thought they were highly qualified to do their job. In fact it was done in rapid time and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We loved our new carpet.

They put drop cloths down and were careful not to make a mess of my yard or floor. They cleaned up every mess they made. The windows fit and looked great. They really had wonderful service. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were outstanding.

Lowes wouldn't get my recommendation. They didn't call before they came out, if they showed up at all. I called and they didn't show up. They were avoiding my calls. I believed they have installed the wrong windows. They were leaking and they didn't open and close correctly. They did not clean up behind themselves. There were three windows on my porch that belonged to them. I was very uncomfortable they couldn't come back out here to fix these problems.

They were very courteous and helpful in helping us to select the perfect carpet to blend in with the rest of our home. They showed a lot of respect in our home. Their level of skill was very high and they completed the carpet installation in record time. They were neat at cleaning up after themselves. We were very pleased.
