They are fast and thorough.  They follow instructions and if there is a special work to do I note it.  They are very good and they offer a good price as well.  I am pleased with them.

The first thing I discussed with the proprietor was the fact that I had a lot of antique furniture in my 1920 home, and that carefulness was my most important concern.  Among other things, the owner claimed they would send a the same supervisor each time, so they would get to know my house, even if crew was different. Didn't happen. Overall, the crew showed no respect for my house. They broke numerous items both visits ($95 per visit) without informing me. Some items were unbelievable and would require a great deal of force to break. These items included; plastic cap (tip) for the oven handle (disappeared, and needed force to attach replacement), a thick chain support for a furniture drop down shelf that I had for 20 years (disappeared), broke wooden pieces off of an 1880 antique wood table, fortunately hid them so they were recoverable, and damaged fringe on antique rugs.  Also broke a blind and 2 wands from different windows. Confronted owner over phone about previous items, said she would come out before the crew and take a look. She herself brought up the blind (I hadn't mentioned) and said pejoratively, "YOUR blind was OLD. And if you don't like it, we won't wipe (dust) the window sills." For the oven handle tip she told me that "I asked the girl, and she didn't notice whether it was on or off when she was cleaning."  Didn't show up before crew came. I had not even completely scheduled them to come in January, but the supervisor called at 7:30 one am to say they were coming right then and there. Told her I hadn't been contacted about the scheduling. Told her I didn't like the way the owner handled the broken items, and she somewhat protested. I really enjoyed telling her to "Cancel it.... Let's just cancel the whole thing."
