"I'm glad to hear that you are happy with our workmanship. I noticed that you have not signed up for our annual maintenance plan. You really should so that you can protect your investment. Every mechanical system needs to be cleaned and serviced on a routine basis. I will have someone in the office resend the agreement to you. Thanks again for the great review and don't forget to tell your friends and family about us."
"Sometimes it is shocking to hear stories about what other HVAC contractors do or say. Why would anyone want to replace an air conditioner that is only 5 years old? Why would a so-called "professional" HVAC company recommend that you should replace it. I don't care if it is a part or a piece of equipment, We will give you recommendations if we see something is not right or starting to fail but we will never try to get you to buy something if you don't need it. I want to treat people the way that I want to be treated. I also like the approach that if it were my Mom, what would I recommend. Thanks for sharing you experience with Stokley's Services and thank you for the great review."
"I'm glad that you were happy with our services, our work, and your experience with Stokley's Services. Thank you for taking the time to share with other Angie's List subscribers. It is always nice to know that our customers will hire us again!"
"Thank you for taking the time to share the experience that you had with our company. I take great pride in knowing that we treat our customers the way that we want to be treated: your review highlights a few of the ways in which we do just that. Remember that many breakdowns can be avoided by having the system serviced on a regular basis. Thanks again for the great review and I hope that you have a great weekend! :)"
"Yes, we do stand behind our work and thank you for bringing that up. As much as we try to do everything right the first time mistakes and accidents happen. No one is perfect but how a problem is handled is one of the things that define us. So many companies do no not stand behind their work and I don't understand why. It just makes more sense to me to do the right thing and make things right: this will keep customers happy and keep them calling back. I also think this is one of many reasons that we have 87% of our customers giving us a straight "A" on Angie's List. Thank you so much for trusting us to take care of your heating and air conditioning needs for all these years. I hope that you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
"I hope that you find the source of your water drip. At least you can rule out the HVAC system. I know he checked for another possible source but was unsuccessful. Hopefully it is nothing major. Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review."
"I'm not sure how or why I got 2 straight "A" reviews from you but I'll take it. Thanks again. :)"
"It really is a brightens my day when I read reviews from another happy customer. You new system will provide you with years of reliable service but you have to remember to have us properly maintain it. If there is a problem please let us know and we'll be happy to take care of it. Thanks."
"I always enjoy hearing how people enjoy our work. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with Stokley's Services with other Angie's List members. It's nice to know that you are being diligent with keeping the system maintained. Proper maintenance will help prolong the life expectancy of the a/c and furnace."
"I'm happy to hear that you are happy with the work that we did at your home. Thank you so much for posting such a wonderful review too. As I write this response, it's 93 degrees and it's Sunday afternoon. I'm trying desperately to get caught up. I realize that this time of year the effort is in vain and I wonder how much longer I can keep working. Then I saw your review and it re-energized me. Thanks. :)"
"Thank you for the nice review. I'm glad that we were able to fix the leak but I think your system is living on borrowed time. It is 16 years old and the average life expectancy is 18 years. I certainly wouldn't advise you to spend any money on any expensive repairs."
"Thank you for the great review and wonderful compliment to our tech. Please keep in mind that your system is 27 years old and well past the average life expectancy of 18 years. It is very unusual to see that style of furnace still operating but yours is and doing a good job. I have to assume that you have been taking good care of it throughout the years. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions."
"You must have us confused with another contractor. Our records show that we were not at your property on 10/4/17. While I'm sure that there are plenty of contractors that would be happy with a "B" rating, whether earned or not, we want "A" ratings. I don't want to take credit for something that we didn't do."
"I'm glad that you are happy with the work that we did at your home and thank you for the nice report card. Please keep in mind that your system is starting to shows signs of it's age and that you should start preparing to replace it. It is 15 years old and has an average life expectancy of 18 years. You should hopefully have a little time but I certainly wouldn't recommend any major repairs be made on the unit. You can help nurse it along with some TLC by continuing to have us service the unit until you are ready to replace the unit."
"I'm glad that you were happy with our work and thank you for the review. You system is starting to get some age on it but you barring any major repairs you should be fine for 5 years or so. Just remember to keep it properly maintained and change your filters often. Have a nice weekend."
"Thank you for the nice comments. Yes, Angelo is very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoy him working with us. Frankly, we enjoy all of the Stokley's team. I think the most important thing for a company to do is to keep their employees happy. If the employees are happy it shows and it is easier to make the customers happy. A happy customer refers their friends and family members: the cycle continues. Please keep in mind that you only had us add refrigerant to your system: you did not have us look for or repair a leak. It is possible that whoever installed the system didn't put enough in. In other words, if your system isn't working properly (because the refrigerant is low again) please call us and we can look for and repair the leak."
"Thank you for the nice review. One of the things that I like to tell all of our customers and perspective customers is that we are here for the long haul. If there is a problem we do not run from it, we take care of it. 2018 will mark our 80th anniversary in business: we managed to stay in business for so long because we do quality work at competitive prices and we stand behind what we do. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"
"They you for the wonderful review. I'm sorry that I did not get to meet you but I really enjoyed talking with your husband. As I told him sometimes a job may take a little longer than expected but we would rather spend a little more time to make sure we get it right than rush through the installation. Mistakes happen when you rush and we work hard to prevent that from happening. Your system should give you years of comfort but remember that we are only a phone call away if you have a problem. Just remember to have your system properly maintained every year. We will send you a Maintenance Agreement after the first year. In the mean time. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"
"I'm glad that you were happy with our services. Your heating system is not very old and should give you years of service as long as you keep taking care of it. Don't forget to call us in the spring when it's time to clean your a/c system. Have a great day."
"Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad that it was such an easy fix and that there wasn't anything seriously wrong. You may want to consider having your system put on a service agreement. Something like this would probably been avoided with a routine maintenance and then your a/c system would not have gone out on you when you needed it most."
"Thank you so much! Your review came at a perfect time. Have you ever just woke up grumpy? Well that's how my day started. Thanks to you it just go a whole lot better. Thank you for the great review. It was a pleasure talking with you the other day. )"
"Thank you for taking the time to write such a great review! Unfortunately the weather can definitely mess up our schedule but thank you for being so understanding. I'm glad that you are happy with the work that we did at your home. Please let us know if there are any problems: we are here to help. We can't fix it if we don't know it's broke. ;)"
"Thank you for the "A" rating. It really does mean a lot to me when our customers give us such a great report card. It is always a pleasure talking with you. :) I know you are aware that your system is leaking refrigerant and should be either repaired or replaced soon. Please give us a call when you are ready to do replace it with something is going to be more reliable for you."
"Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. I'm sitting here in an empty office early on a Saturday morning. I'm just trying to get caught up on some paperwork and get ready for next week. The weather has been extremely hot this past week with more high temperatures coming. The guys are starting to come in and get loaded up to go take care of our customers who don't have a/c. The guys have all worked long hard hours and endured the heat but they're ready to get back out there. I can see that everyone is tired but they are all in a good mood. I go to check my messages and your review is the first thing that I see. It makes me feel good that you appreciate our services and all the hard work seems worth while. Thank you again. I will tell the guys what you said. Have a nice weekend. :)"
"Thank you for the nice comments and for understanding that it does cost more to send someone outside of normal business hours. I'm glad that we were able to get your system fixed so promptly. I'm even happier to know that you plan on using us in the future."
