Stanley Steemer

This is the first time we had called Stanley Steemer, and it probably won't be the last. The technician they sent over was very well mannered and conscientious. He was thorough, and paid attention to our suggestions about the dirtiest areas of the house. The main traffic areas were concentrated on, and he moved the furniture to get close to the walls. Our carpeting was spotless after he left.

I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and they always did a good job. The carpet dried fast and looked real nice when they were done. The high traffic areas looked great. They were always polite and they moved the furniture so they could clean all the carpet. I will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with Stanley Steemer and thought they did an excellent job. My carpets are free from staining and they look great. I thought they dried rather quickly and they still smell great. I am very pleased with my services. The pricing varies for this company because they run specials a lot. I did get mine on a special and thought the price was great. I will be calling them probably every six months to come back and repeat the job for me.

The worker moved our furniture and put it back carefully, and they got rid of all the stains they could, although one stain was very stubborn and they couldn't completely get rid of it. The worker was helpful and it only took a few hours to dry.

I would say they did a fair job on our carpets. The crew was fairly friendly and their price was reasonable. I personally don't feel any company deserves A's because something can always be done better.

I thought their prices where pretty average. However, I was not thrilled to see a big old chip in my hardwood floor. This is where they had apparently dropped their vacuum. I did try to have them come back to repair my floor, which they clearly damaged. Yet, to this very day nothing has ever been done to clear the matter. That is probably the only problem I had. The carpets turned out beautifully. I just do not feel that they are very professional to not live up to their responsibilities. I am still unsure if I would hire them again because of this.

The price in the beginning was supposed to be only $99. That was a special they were running for three rooms. After they where all done with the cleaning, they ended up charging me $110.00. I was not happy about that at all. Other than the change in price, everything was well done. The carpets where done in a descent amount of time and looked nice. They did not take very long to dry either. I would probably hire them again; I just would not take their word on pricing until I received the bill.

They were very friendly to me when they came out. They moved all of my furniture so they could clean the entire carpet and everything was great except the price. I believed that it was rather high for the size of the room that they cleaned for me.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did a wonderful job on my carpets. They got all of the stains out and that made me very happy. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They have cleaned my carpets a couple of times before and they did a great job on my carpets at that time too.

I have my carpets cleaned every six months and usually try someone different each time. Stanley Steemer did an ok job. They were adequate and the carpets did get cleaned. The price was a tad bit high. They had a special for the four rooms at $99 and originally it is $145. Choosing not to use them again is not cause of the pricing. It is because I have had better services with better people. I do not think they are horrible, I just think they are average.

I ve been using Stanley Steemer for quite awhile. They were able to get the high traffic areas clean, and the carpets dried rather quickly. They really did a good job. They worked hard and fast. They were friendly and I ve had good success with them.

They got all the carpets good and clean and didn't over saturate them in doing it. They made it a very simple process and didn't take up a lot of our time with it. They have better rates than the smaller outfits and I can say the results seem to be better also. The carpets look and smell as I expected.

The overall job was well done and I was satisfied with how clean the carpets were. They put fans on them to dry them out and when we needed to walk on them they were completely dry later in the day. They also seemed to do a pretty good job of getting in the corners and hard to reach areas.

The stain they removed was a deep and big stain, and we didn't think there was a chance of getting it out. I can say we couldn't even tell it was there when they finished and the price to remove it was outstanding. We went from thinking we would have to replace the carpet to having a great looking rug which was very pleasant.

We didn't have any complaints with them. Our carpets looked good when they were finished. I wasn't sure of the price, but I knew it was good. My wife had a coupon for the carpet cleaning but I wasn't sure exactly what it was for.
