I scheduled my carpet cleaning on a weekday, and they easily were able to accommodate my needs for a date. They do have a four hour time window for when they will be available that day, but their friendly staff called my cell phone to let me know that they were on their way to my home. I met them there, only to find that they were easily able to have all their equipment reach my 2nd story condo. The cleaning team was very knowledgeable of their cleaning services, and answered all my questions. Overall, my carpets look brand new, and I very pleased with the service I received from Stanley Steemer.

They arrived on time. They were polite. They got all of the spots removed. They finished the job on time.

The house had been emptied for a move, so there was nothing to get in the way of a thorough cleaning of our carpets. They did a fine job, quite quickly. We are pleased with the results. They included deodorizer and scotch guarding in their price. I would recommend them to others and use them again myself.

The office called to say the cleaners were on their way. The two gentlemen were very friendly and professional. They did a good job and the carpet was clean and completely dry in 24 hours. The cleaners receive a commission for all additional items they sell, so they try to push more services or items. This is not heavy handed selling, but rather suggestions. I will use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner really works. One of the best things was that we got in on a very good special, so we got a lot of carpet cleaned for a very low price. These people were just super polite. I really feel like we got a very good deal and our carpets have never looked better.

I was really pleased with their service. I had seen their advertisements all over, but I never thought of using their services. After seeing the very professional job that was performed, I plan on using them from now on.

The work took less than an hour. They arrived promptly, and agreed to clean under the bed which involved moving the mattress and box springs. They were pleasant and professional. The carpets looked much better and smelled fresh again after they were finished. One (none-pet) stain did not come out. The complete job was more expensive than the previous year's cleaning which involved a much larger area. The deodorizer apparently is the costly part.

The work was done in a timely manner. The workers were neat and polite.

Both technicians were on time, personable, professional, glad to answer my questions and explain what they were doing and what to expect after the treatment was completed. I have called them on 2 occasions and will continue to call them for all of my steam cleaning needs and possibly dryer vent servicing.

The company called 15 minutes prior to technicians arriving within the pre-arranged time slot. The two technicians were in uniforms and did an outstanding job and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them again.

The man showed up on time and was very nice to deal with. He called before he came out. They also offered special services like stain resistance. They had a pretty good service. I have used them before, and I always asked for the same person that has done my carpeting in the past.

They actually moved our furniture out of the way and they were very careful with everything. One thing that I liked a lot was how quick the carpet dried when they were done. Their prices were very reasonable.

These guys worked very fast, but they still paid attention to the small stains and they got most of them out for me. I was very satisfied with them and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for excellent carpet cleaners.

They sent one guy out and I helped him move the furniture around. He cleaned everything really good and the carpet was almost dry when he was done. I was happy with the job and everything was done to my satisfaction.

They did do an all right job on our air ducts but I really didn't like what work they did on my carpeting. I do not feel that they were able to get them very clean at all. We had also purchased the stain removal from them and that doesn't work very well at all. I really wasn't satisfied with their overall service at all.

I have always used Stanley Steemer because they had affordable deals you couldn t pass up. Especially with me being a pet owner, they frequently came out to our home. They were always professional and they paid a lot of attention to detail and were always considerate of the furniture in the rooms. I would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding areas.

I would say that they did a very good job. The carpets were not bad to begin with so we just needed a regular scrub. I thought the pricing was great considering the specials and coupons I had for them. They did not have to move any furniture at all because we did that prior to them coming out. I think they would have if we needed them to. They were very nice and very professional. The carpets did not take very long to dry and they smelled great.

I wasn t too happy with their work. The carpet looked clean when it was wet, but when it dried, the stains were still there. The people who came out were friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They missed one very large stain, and I wasn t too happy with that.

This experience was awful; it was almost like they took a fire hose and sprayed our carpets. It was so bad that my husband had to tear up all of the carpeting that they supposedly cleaned. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
