Technician was not sure how to remove stem and base from smaller TV; we had to research online for directions,which added to installation time.
I purchased a discounted coupon for an hour of installation for $50.00. What a bargain!! I only had to add $20 more to it. There were two technicians scheduled to come; but one was delayed due to traffic. So one person did the job in little over an hour. I am curious to know how much time it would have taken two technicians.

The team called ahead to let me know when they were going to show up. They arrived on time and started working immediately. I was advised on the best and most affordable installation method. The team of two men were very pleasant and helpful. They saved me money and while I was not quite sure what I wanted, they were patient and allowed me to ask questions. They took my suggestions into consideration and ended up giving me exactly what I wanted. Two flat screens TVs were installed and the outcome was much better that I expected. The wires were hidden without the expensive cost of going into the walls.
I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend their services to anyone that wants a TV neatly and professionally installed. It made both rooms look larger.

"[removed member name], Sorry about the inconvenience. The installers were just delayed on a job. In the audio business sometimes it goes perfect, and then it doesn't. Unfortunately anything technical isn't fast. This time the guys were trying to finish up a job blew there time line.The important thing is that they did call. All in all it would have better to reschedule you. As we discussed on phone they did discuss several options with you for mounting TVs. They even advised against mounting on bathroom walls because of water lines. I'm sure you would have been more up set if you house was flooded, then if your TV was on that wall. After they left I tried operating the TV and found that mute didn't work. I called John and his secretary answered after many rings. I explained the situation and she texted John. He returned and programmed mute into the Pro Control. Later, John sent an email recommending wall mount speakers as a fix for the towers and a smaller sub-woofer. He was informed we wanted the theater system removed and the TV restored.
I went online to Episode, Polk Audio and to Yamaha to register the speakers and AV receiver. On Yamaha I discovered the unit price quoted for the 373T was the MSRP but that it was discontinued and the 375 provided was $50.00 cheaper than the unit price paid. On Polk Audio the TSI300 was listed as $50.00 cheaper than the unit price paid. Both Polk Audio and Yamaha have free shipping and did not indicate a re-stocking fee for returns. Episode would reveal pricing only to dealers.
When John sent the quote to uninstall the system he quoted 15% re-stocking fee $154.00 and $250.00 for 2 hours custom labor. We questioned the re-stocking fee believing that Polk, Yamaha and Episode did not charge a re-stocling fee.
As a final comment, John revealed later that the Polk towers installed were not the TSI300 quoted but were actually a more expensiveTsx330T. He is correct.
Spartan Pro-tech has excellent reviews on Angies list and I wll call them for service required for the equipment they installed. However, for new work I would compare their quote with other service providers and equipment vendors.

went to work before I could blink an eye. One hour later all systems were
rewired and hooked up. So we checked out each system, made some adjustments,
and the guys were very patient with this 81 year-old dummy. Not only are they
professional, they are good guys!

UP DATE: In less than 24 hours of posting my review I received a call from the company to inquire about any concerns that I may have had. After a brief conservation, the owner of the company came by to personally handle and address those concerns. Not only was I pleased with the outcome ,I plan to call on his services again in the near future.
