They were professional and persistent.

My interaction with them was fine but I went with another company instead. The thing that bothered me the most was that their service contract was a lot of money and I think it was kind of outsourced. He was pretty quick to come out and give me an estimate and he was knowledgeable.

The compressor had become dysfunctional. They were prompt and professional. They never did any damage. We have been using them for 18 years. The problem I had with them was that the unit that they had installed had stopped working and we suddenly needed a new compressor. They said they had to replace the whole unit, but I said I only wanted to replace the compressor. They were fairly reasonably priced.

Overall they did an excellent job. The initial installation of the air handler in the attic had to be modified so as to allow access to certain parts of the attic. The company representative, Hugh DeLurey, was very helpful and professional in ensuring the modifications required were accomplished.

I know that they charge a standard $163 an hour. I think that is too high to charge people. They did the work just fine and they were on time and polite. I just don't want to pay that and I think I'll find some one else.

He was not respectful of me. He was verbally abusive.

They are a very reputable company.

We felt it was very important to have a generator installed in our home because of where we live. Sometimes the power can go out for a very long period of time and we felt that it was a good investment to install a generator and the natural gas lines to the stove for any emergencies. We were very happy with the work they did and would gladly refer them to others.

Working with Simmons was fantastic. Robert, our sales engineer, was highly knowledgeable, honest, and punctual. Since our AC broke during an over-90 stretch, Simmons loaned us a window unit until our new system came in and could be installed. They rushed us to the top of the schedule. The install crew was very skilled and professional, and answered all of our questions forthrightly. We had some minor communication glitches with the office, but Mr. Allegood, the President, called and emailed us to work them out. I highly recommend Simmons.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from them. They had to do some extensive work to get our new systems up and running. They had to put in all new duct work for our third flooring and put in new wiring for the generator. The generator is about the size of a small car. There was been no problems with the systems as they both work beautifully.

Mr. Simmons did a nice job of keeping our furnace working good. He was a nice man who was good to have around when you needed him. I have used him in the past and have been very pleased with the way that he was able to keep my furnace up and running efficiently.

My husband thought it was a little pricey to have Alan come out and install the unit, but you get what you pay for. These days everything was pricey. Alan came right out and delivered the new unit and got it in quickly. We haven't had any problems with it.
