S&S cleaned our carpet, sofa, chair and ottoman. The technician was professional and courteous. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was thorough. Fabric protection was added to the upholstery. S&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services kept us informed on his arrival time. We are very pleased with the price and quality of the work. This is the second time we used S&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services and we will use them again.

Lance is wonderful, the reviews are real. He is one of the best people when it comes to what he does. You can't go wrong, I will definitely use Lance again and again!!!!!! He quoted me $150 and I tipped him extra and would do it again..........

Before we even met face to face, when I called S&S it came across they were trustworthy, confident, reliable and aimed to please. They knew their stuff and on August 28, 2017 cleaned our carpet and suede-like chairs beyond satisfactory. This was a small job in comparison for S&S but it was still customer service at its best and we expect to be dealing with S&S in the future.

Sirlance was responsive and helpful when scheduling. He was running late, but was communicative about it (and offered us a discount for a future cleaning unprompted by way of apology which was not necessary but was thoughtful and considerate.) He did a neat and thorough job of cleaning the apartment carpet, leaving it looking (and smelling) fresh and clean. He was friendly and unruffled by some kerfuffle with the water hookup. If I had carpet in my new home, I would hire him on the regular. Would recommend.

Mr. Sirlance Sawyer was very patient and waited for my call to let him know I was ready. We finally set a date. Sirlance was very punctual and showed up ready to go to work. He is very courteous and professional. He shampooed a set of stairs, landing and one bedroom. He worked diligently and quickly and I was very pleased that the carpeting dried in a few hours, as I have pets who are difficult to keep out of the area. I will definitely use Sirlance once a year to shampoo my stairs (and other areas that may need cleaning) and have already recommended him to my neighbor.

Me. Sawyer was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Our carpet needed repairing and I had only purchased the Angie's list cleaning voucher (which was a great deal). And Mr. Sawyer was able to repair our carpet at a reasonable price which we paid in addition gladly.The repair turned out beautifully and in the end saved us a lot of money in what could have been new carpet. Also our closing date for our new house kept getting moved by the bank and Mr. Sawyer happily rescheduled with me at our convenience. I highly recommend S & S Carpet and Upholstery.

The gentleman showed up the first time and was not feeling well at all. I encouraged him to go home and rest and we could reschedule. We did reschedule and he showed up on time and was very professional. Overall, he did a good job of cleaning the carpets. Hw worked thoroughly and efficiently. The only complaint I had was that he pre-treated the carpets with a spray that ended up leaving a residue on all the legs of my furniture or anything the spray came in contact with. I indicated that I would hire again because his pricing was very fair and my carpets were clean, however, I would have to discuss the pre-treatment prior to cleaning again.

Very WELL UNTIL fumes from vacuum system motor triggered carbon monoxide alarm causing fire department to be called. Firemen spent an hour clearing the house for occupancy.

When you suggested I could park closer to your door I should have thought more about safety than convenience. Great! S & S carpet did a good job cleaning carpet and removing spots. He was very accomodating when I had to re-schedule because of a medical emergency. He was prompt and cleaned areas in a minimal amount of time. This is my second time using this company and I highly recommend them.
