Their service is excellent. They have a team of people that answer the phone for the service department. I always call one person Donna and she will get me setup with James who always does a great job. She always looks up the parts and they work together and talk to you as a team. Acura sets prices pretty high and they really cannot do anything about that.

I take mh Acura there every six months. They send me a postcard reminder. They do great work. They seem to be absolutely honest so far. I have been going to them for about 8 years.
