"Service professional response". As a service professional we provide the highest quality work to be performed for the customer. As arriving early to the customer's house the customer showed us the problem that needed be repaired. Customer had issues with the master bedroom high ceiling fan and the ceiling fan needed be taken down & disassembled to see if the wiring in the ceiling box was correct... As a basic diagnostic charge 1 63 99 is a fair price to perform the service that he the customer requesting..Also we provided a quote and we email it to customer. We also emailed the customer back at week later to see if he wanted to have the service performed at a different time.Thanks for reading this post. "We aim to please our customers 100%..."
