Estimator showed up at exactly time said. We agreed on price and they had a tech in the area finishing another job and he was here doing the work with in 2 hours. The tech removed the shingles in the soft area and he went beyond that area by about 2 or 3 feet to make sure nothing was marginal.. He matched the shingles by just looking at them ..he knew the brand , type and color. He saw what caused the problem and took the extra step by adding additional ice and water shield to make sure that new potential leaks would not happen in this area. After the job was finished and he removed all debris he got the magnet wand to check the area for nails. The best experience I could have imagined ..

Got a quote and the next day they were working and we're finished by late afternoon.

I contacted this company to make some repairs to my roof. Angel responded quickly to my call and his team was able to fix my issues the same day. The workers were very courteous and helpful. They even provided pictures of their work for my review, I was pleased with my experience with them.

There work was good, and they did it quickly.

His Crew Came today and finished my Shed roof, cleaned up in one afternoon. Good company.

Work was done in short period of time. Areas needing sealant were sealed properly. Worker was professional, though he did arrive a little late.

They ran a little late but not a big deal. There was an issue where the roof was ok but not really right. They later admitted they saw it, but since it was already that way they just replaced the wood as it was instead of letting us know wo we could pay more and get it actually right. They did not cut corners. They just didn't bring the already cut corner to our attention and just put it back as it was. I would have given 5 stars if they had showed us and allowed us the option of paying them more to make it better.

Don's roofing got the job done, and did it well.

The roofers showed up 15 minutes early! They were extremely polite and professional. I needed to have my solar panels removed, plus the soffit and a rafter and facia were rotten and needed replacing. Every time I asked if he could handle anything, Angel said yes sir, no problem, unlike the other large companies that came to estimate. True to his word, it was all better than I expected. Plus his price was much less than the others. I will highly recommend Don's roofing to everyone! hopefully they will install a sidewalk for me soon. Eric

Very good people and do real good work

Workers came early and pretty much went right to work. Very friendly, cleaned up each day after work. The contractor showed me the roof problems, advised me of my options and how they would change the pricing of the project and what options would give me partial or full warranty on the roofing. They worked in the heat and late. Great job!ð ¤

The job was a total replacement of a recessed dormer flat roof covering and associated plywood and insulation. Water damage was extensive. An estimator responded quickly and was on site the same day as I called. Don's roofers responded the next day after I decided to have them do the work. The work was professionally completed in one day. The roofing crew was courteous and very respectful of my property. The cost was quite reasonable given the difficulty of the work they performed. I most highly recommend this contractor. You will not be disappointed.

Don Roofing is very professional and friendly and does excellent work. However, they are not great at responding to issues after they are contacted about problems with the service they provide.

November 29th, 2022 roof replacement by Don's Roofing in Chesapeake Virginia with GAF products. Roofing job was completed as planned. Since then Don's Roofing has been contacted by email, phone and text to provide GAF's warranty registration as promised. There was a response last week from Angel to a text message I sent that GAF warranty information would be provided in a few days but there has been no response since. As of March 22, 2023 Don's roofing has not answered phone calls (calls go to voice mail) nor have they responded to phone messages. I'm disappointed by lack of communication with Don's Roofing.
