Coastal Water

Drew showed up as scheduled to provide an estimate. I called the next day to scheduloe the work for the following week. Drew showed up with his employee as scheduled and removed the old system and had the new system installed in about 3 hours as well as changed out the filters and membrane for my existing reverse osmosis system. They cleaned up before leaving and i am very happy with my new system. No more iron smell in my well water!!! Very professional business which i would highly recommend.

Punctual, pleasant, professional, worked until it was completed. Cleaned area when they left. I will always use them for my well and water needs. System works great. Service people are always helpful both those who do the work and deliver the salt as well as the office staff who readily answer any questions. This is the water company you want to use. Reasonable prices. Not enough great adjectives to describe this wonderful company!! Have used them for years and will continue to do so. 

Arrived on them and started working removing the old water treatment system. Replaced with a new system called Nelsen AIO Filter system for removal of  iron and sulphur in our water supply.

We have used this company for many years. After notifying them of a problem with our well water system, they were quick to respond and send out a technician to determine a solution, This company provided professional service, were knowledgeable, polite, and answered all questions. They redid the plumbing and made it easy to get to the equipment. We were informed of the progress as it was installed. We are enjoying this new system and will continue to use this company as we have been for many years. The employees are friendly and reliable, from the first call to the office to the time the technician finishes the job.

Provider came out on a Monday and gave an estimate to replace the system.  They gave information on the current system we had and discussed options for keeping that system running. Due to out-dated filtration system, we opted to replace it, however no attempt was made to persuade us into something we did not want, they provided all options.  They also tested the water to determine possible system updates.  They returned 2 days later and performed the work in less than 4 hours and the cost was exactly the amount of the estimate from Monday.  Provider performed a neat, clean, and professional-looking job, and it runs great.

Drew of Coastal Water installed a water softener at my home in Pungo. He came out, did a water test and recommended a system. He even spoke with my neighbors, asking about their water to make sure he recommended the right system. Our water table is quite low and can vary from well to well. He showed up on the day of service, on time and had the system installed in under two hours. He flushed our water heater, tested the equipment and gave me pointers for continued use and maintenance. 
While shopping around, I spoke with a nationally recognized water company who has an office in Virginia Beach. They told me upfront that they couldn?t beat Coastal Water?s prices and that they had the best deal in town. I would recommend Coastal Water to anyone who needs a water softening system in Hampton Roads.

I had an initial estimate after calling another company whose estimate was significantly higher than my expectation.  I am on a well system for all household water.  My system was 17 years old and I was having trouble getting it serviced.  Drew came out the same day I called for the estimate, tested my water and gave me a written estimate.  I waited several weeks before scheduling the work. 
Originally Drew had said they would be able to run new plumbing from my well line to my pump before hooking up the system.  However, after looking at it, Drew was uncomfortable completing the plumbing to the well pump.  He scheduled a well company to come by and look at t and make recommendations.  Once I talked to the well guys, we determined that they would do the well line and we would coordinate to have Drew's team do the water system install the same day. 
The well guys did their piece (they were there for 3-4 hours).  Drew came by and advised that he would not be able to do the install same day.  He talked to the well guys about the hook-up, got clarification on how the lines were running and set-up to have his team come by the next morning. 
Drew and his technician came out the next morning and installed the system.  The Water Softener system was installed (2 tanks one for filter and one for acid neutralizer plus salt bin).  He ran a separate l line to my ac unit with a cut-off for house water without cutting off the heat / ac.  He also installed the Reverse Osmosis system under the sink.  This included a separate water faucet and running the lines to the icemaker.  They took their time with the install and did a good job.  They also removed the old equipment when they left. 
The only glitch in the entire process was when he was not able to do the install the same day the well guys were there.  This was not really a big deal.  I am very happy with the system and the service.  I am also now on their salt route which will eliminate me having to purchase and haul heavy salt bags.  The salt route is very reasonable.  I also no longer have to purchase gallons of drinking water every week. The RO water is great. 
I would definitely recommend Coastal to anyone looking to replace their system.

We were very happy with this company's products and services. We are on our second water softener from these people. We have used them for over ten years. They are very responsible, caring, and honest people. They are very prompt to come out to service our system. We are very comfortable having them in our home.

I had a yearly contract with them and if I have a problem with our softener, I contact them and they take care of it quickly. They come out to our house on a bi-weekly basis and add what they need to add for salt. We are obligated to one bag of salt each visit and that is to help with their cost, which we can understand.

They came out very promptly when called them for service. We are happy with the system and their service. They are very professional, and we were very comfortable having them come into our home. We have been using them for sixteen years now, so we are satisfied with them.

They did a nice job of helping us figure out what size of system we needed and were able to get our system hooked up in no time. There has been a huge difference in the quality of water we have. I feel that this company provides us with great service and I have been using them for years now.

Costal did an excellent job and I am pleased that I now have fresh sparkling water. I was amazed at the difference in the water. Not only the taste, but, the actual feel was different. Even my whites are brighter now. I know it sounds funny, but, it is true. The only thing about this is that I cannot remember the price for the life of me. Whatever it was, it was definitely well worth every penny.
