Purchasing the filing cabinets and chair from this company could be described as an odyssey. One of the drawers on the filing cabinet would not close correctly, and eventually they "corrected" this problem by letting us keep the bad filing cabinet since the manufacturer "didn't want it back." This process took at least three months. Recently, we decided to order a drafting chair and we were told we could get any upholstery in the catalog. Well, actually, some upholstery really isn't available and we had to pick upholstery again, after the order was placed and the half the bill was paid. Finally, when I verified my bill, I noted that I was billed for the whole amount and not half and half as agreed. So, I had to call the company back and make sure they had not billed me incorrectly. Getting this chair took at least two months from the initial order.

From the time I place the order for the drafting chair to the time I recieved the delivery was about two months. One problem that delayed the process was an uphostery fabric being inexplicably unavaible after the initial order. The chair was an excellent choice, and they did a good job helping us find the exact one for our needs. Although the wait time may seem excessive, the unmatched quality of the products they offer makes it difficult to go elsewhere for office furniture
