Description of Work: I had a problem with the window and didn't know how to fix it. I called Steve 2 days ago explaining my issue, he said I cannot come till early next week. I told him I had a tenant coming to look at the house. Steve came over on his lunch break, ten minutes after I called and fixed the window within ten minutes.
