I was highly impressed with this overall service. I contacted ASAP in the morning, and Chris arrived at my home the same day, around 1:30pm. He was very pleasant and professional. I immediately felt comfortable that he was trustworthy. He assessed the problem, explained it to me, and made repairs as needed. I would, with no reservations, hire this company again. My elderly mother needed the roof replaced on my deceased father’s detached workshop, but the first contractor we found through Angie’s List took her twenty-five-hundred-dollar deposit and never performed the work, blaming their failure on Covid before eventually going out of business (we never did get her money back). Obviously, we were very skittish during our second attempt to find an honest and trustworthy contractor with the necessary skills to properly tackle the job. On top of that, the damage to the roof had become severe with a gaping hole developing through the shingles and plywood. We got quotes from a couple different companies, and ASAP stood out, not because of their pricing (which was very competitive), but because as a father and son team, Jack and Chris were sensitive to my mom’s plight. First, in the initial site visit to work up the quote, Jack smelled a natural gas leak coming from the hot water heater as we walked through the utility room of the house. Not sure how long it had existed, as no one else noticed it, but I was able to verify the leak with soapy water and fixed it immediately after Jack left. Once we selected ASAP for the project, Chris offered to come out and patch the hole in the workshop’s roof until the materials arrived and the install could be scheduled. But aside from the speedy progress and quality installation, it was the respect and kindness with which they treated my mom that mattered the most. Never once were her questions or concerns during the job treated as a burden, and her small requests, clearly outside the project’s scope, were handled quickly and cheerfully. We were so impressed with ASAP, that after the roof work, we approved all new T-111 siding and windows for the workshop. When that was done, she signed off on the demolition of the old, dilapidated wooden privacy fence surrounding the backyard, and approved the installation of its replacement. Since that went so well, she decided to have ASAP replace the 30-year-old backyard deck too, and now we’re waiting for materials to come in so the guys can replace the front bay window. Finally, there’s a recently developed roof leak above the den that ASAP is investigating, and I’m certain that if roof work for the house is required, ASAP Construction will get it done.

ASAP is a top-notch company. When our upstairs bedroom’s window paint began to ripple and the window sill bubbled under the paint, we realized we had a problem. As we peeled back the paint, we realized the dry wall was unstable. A long-term leak had completely ruined the dry wall, the support beams, the insulation, and the window sill. We knew the window would need removed and the siding removed in order to assess the extent, and cause, of the damage. We obtained 3 estimates, and ASAP wasn’t the least expensive. However, Chris immediately informed us he thought the roof and guttering, not the window itself, was the cause of the leak. His experience with this type of damage in older homes won our confidence. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, we had to wait a couple of weeks for ASAP to get to work, but they completed an extensive exploration an d internal and external repairs, including a roof remediation to ensure the problem wouldn’t recur. We were extremely pleased with the final results, and highly recommend ASAP for any type of work. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. Thanks, ASAP!

Removed rotted wood without having to tear out the entire window. Interior window facing that was removed to access the rotted wood was not damaged and returned to its place as if it had never been removed. Rotted wood was replaced with composite to ensure longer life. Window retains its water tight seal.

My experiences with ASAP have been excellent. They respond promptly and are extremely punctual when performing work. I used them on two separate occasions and the work was outstanding. Jack realigned three doors at my home which immediately reduced the amount of air coming into our home, it was extremely noticeable this winter as we no longer felt cold air blowing in around the doors. ASAP also built me a handrail for a rental home giving us additional safety and peace of mind to our tenants. I highly recommend ASAP Construction and will DEFINITELY use them in the future.

Jack and Chris are excellent at what they do and are very knowledgeable in their field. I have asked ASAP to do several house repairs for me and I was always pleased with their work. Their rates are very reasonable, they are honest and they don't overcharge. One time after giving me an estimate and Jack found that the job was not that extensive, he charged me less. They work fast, they don't waste time and work is always A+. So when I decided to sell my house and there were some inspection work that needed to be done, I knew who to call. ASAP came and repaired what needed to be repaired prior to closing. As always they did a superb job. Thank you very much Jack and Chris!
