George Wright, president of 1st Choice Pest Control, LLC was the first business to contact us , almost immediately after the quote request. He told me what he thought it was and that it was actually beneficial to have in the yard. He was here within 30 minutes and confirmed his suspicion. He refused to take any money for the consultation. Wonderful, polite young man.

1st Choice Pest control represents the epitome of professionalism. Points: 1. Immediate response to service request 2. Same Day appointment 3. Called prior to arriving 4. Performed inspection as agree and provided honest, professional assessment. George's assessment was that after testing, our subfloor elements were fine and did not need repair or treatment. Offered to write a report to provide to lender 5. Great follow-up. There are too many companies who spend the time to come out, investigate the situation, provide a quote and leave- never to be heard from again. Not the case here. 1st choice was engaged from the get-go and followed up to insure our situation was handled- even though the likelihood of revenue at that point was slim to none. I've lived here for 17 years and it's safe to say that 1st Choice is the only service contractor I've run across in that time that understands and, more importantly, executes the customer service aspects of contracting from A-Z. I recommend George and 1st choice at the highest level.

I received two other quotes before finding 1st Choice Pest Control, LLC. George spend took three times as long as his competitors to inspect, telling me he was providing a thorough look. He even used a meter to measure the humidity in the craw space. When done, he said it was one of the driest craw spaces he has encountered in the area, and there was no active mold (contradicting his competition and saving me significant money. He did find a plumbing problem missed by his competitors that would have been discovered by a home inspector. Fantastic service. Once he was done I spied him sitting at the entrance of the craw space and inquired what was up. He quietly said, "I do good work." With George you have incredibly honest professional who takes pride in his work. I cannot recommended him highly enough, and I tell everyone I know and I meet that if they need pest control services to go to 1st Choice Pest Control, LLC.

A year ago, I contacted them and they came and and did a roof rate exclusion and I also had them clean my crawlspace and install a vapor barrier. They were very responsive and came out and put bait stations and traps and I have been paying for continued service for the past year. At first they were gone, but now they are back and a new pest company I have since contacted offered a disinfecting service, which I didn't know was possible. We'll see if this works, but a year later, I still had my rat problem and paid a significant amount of money over the past year. I will say, they are very nice, polite and professional, but ultimately, they did not fix my problem.

I called 1st Choice Pest Control as they had several special packages for rodents. Jonathan came out the same day to evaluate the situation and instantly pinpointed where the roof rats were coming in and provided a detailed evaluation on how to correct the situation. Two days later Jonathan came back and installed barriers and traps. Haven’t seen any critters since. This was the best spent $499. Not just because of price but the professionalism that everyone shown us from George, Rena, and especially Jonathan that came to my premises.

When George came out to provide an estimate he did a very thorough job. Pull several pieces of scrape lumber out from underneath the moisture barrier in crawl space. He was actually performing work during the estimate. I was impressed -- none of the other contractors offered to do that. He also agreed to help me install a new crawl space door. When he came for the extermination treatment he was very thorough and meticulous. Communications went very well. Office manage Rena handled a reschedule of the original treatment date in an efficient manager. Got a phone and e-mail reminder the day before the work was schedule. Paperwork was organized and straightforward. George is very easy to communicate with and actually fun to work with. Very solid businessman, providing excellent service and at very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

George Wright and the First Choice Pest Control team of Brayden Lenegar and Jonathan Bizub did a great job removing old insulation and installing a dehumidifier and new moisture barrier under our home. They have come back a few times to assure the job was done right. Electrician, John Waugh, wired the dehumidifier to our main breaker box to complete the work. All aspects of this service was professionally managed and completed. Thanks First Choice!

They responded quickly, came out and checked out the attic, crawlspace and around my home. I did have a rat problem and he secured the entry ways where the rats had found their way in. Very professional, courteous and seemed to be sensitve to cost. It is now 6 weeks later, no sign of rats, he came out and put some bait stations down, so we are now rat free and he was also sensitive to my dog and concerns over toxicity.
