We are a heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical contracting company serving the custom residential, light commercial, new construction, renovation and commercial markets in the Central Virgina Area. We have a Residential and Commercial Service department providing 24-hour emergency service for your heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electical requirements. We offer a variety of Service Agreements for your Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical needs. Our goal with these services is to improve your comfort level and reduce your operating costs. To be successful, we rely on the talents of our employees and their commitment to deliver a project that equals or exceeds the expectations of the customer and end user. This is achieved through teamwork, diligence, creative ideas, mutual respect for all participants, on-going training, development, and continuous evaluation of our success or failure at meeting these goals. I contacted WE Brown to complain, and the receptionist was very apologetic and asked if the manager could call me back to talk to me about it, to which I of course said yes. But I never got another call. The next communication I received was a mailing for service contract renewal, which we obviously did not complete.
