"I am sorry that I was not able to get to your service call, I get very busy at times, and I do not use this service very often any more because of the large amount of work that I have from existing clients... The only contact we had was on this service through my one pm, saying I wouldn't be available for at least a week. I'm am not sure what special you were referring to, but no mention was made of it. It was my mistake for not just saying "No", a flaw that I need to work on I guess, just sounds so negative... I have even received negative reviews (were removed later) for not answering the phone which is why my profile was updated, which some customers find humorous.I have stopped advertising with this service, and at times when I was advertising I would pull my name off the list for months at times to avoid the calls/requests. If I could remove my profile it may be easier, since my lack of availability keeps landing me with bad reviews. I will look into removing my profile from this service. Thanks."
