We were very fortunate to find Roof Top Services. You would have to see these guys' work to appreciate how really skilled and professional they are. As seniors, we appreciate people who take pride in their work as most companies once did but this company continues to take much pride in their work. W. Pickford

Rooftop did a fabulous job with this complex project. They took the time to walk us through its many facets and to help us figure out what we wanted in terms of the skylight replacement. All team members were courteous and responsive to our many questions. We were struck by the level of respect they showed each other, and us, and the genuine pride they displayed for each other's skills and work. Though this job required a huge outlay of money on our part, we had water leakage that needed to be solved, and we felt that the cost was reasonable and fair for the work that was required and the materials needed to do the job well. We are so happy with the results! The roof and skylights look terrific, and we are relieved to finally have our water leaks solved. We didn't know when we bought the house 20 years ago that the skylights had not been installed well, and what it would take to make it right! Thank you, Roof Top, for knowing what needed to be done.

I was super impressed by their professionalism. The initial inspection and proposal were handled with attention and care. Prior to the installation date, the project manager visited my home and gave me a schedule for the work day and explained the process. It took a while to get the crew over - this was not an urgent job - and when they came they handled the roof quickly and skillfully. The gutter crew came a couple of days later. There was a follow-up inspection to make sure the work looked good and to review the site to make sure it was cleaned up from the construction debris. I found the office staff pleasant to deal with. I hope we don't have to have the roof repaired or replaced for another 20 years but I would certainly work with Roof Top again if we did.

Roof Top Services was the only roofing company that would come out to our house to figure out why the eaves and the bathroom ceiling were showing water damage. All the other roofers had no time for small fixes. They had an estimator come by to see what needed to be done and then several months later we had it fixed in an hours time. We are so thankful that Steve and his crew took the time to help us! One small problem I had was a slight language barrier when the workers came to do the job. I am only fluent in English and wish I knew more languages. After a few minutes we were each able to figure out what they knew about the project and off they went to fix it.

Did a first class job. On time and very efficient. Best material and treated me as a customer should be treated.

He replaced the flashing and shingles around each vent pipe. Took pictures so that I could see what needed to be done (I wasn’t getting on the roof!). Company was very responsive and actually arrived at the appointed time and date. Will definitely call again, but I hope I won’t need them. Glad to know there is a business that actually provides excellent service.

I interviewed 3 companies for the roofing job. Rooftop Services blew the competition out of the water, both in quality and professionalism. First of all, they were the only company who actually showed me photos of what my roof looked like, and took time to explain what the different roofing terms meant and why I needed them. I never once felt like they were trying to "sell me something." In fact, they encouraged me to look around and get multiple quotes. I have seriously never been so impressed by a company's professionalism in my life. Every single person I talked with from this organization-- from the lady who answered the phone at the office, to Donny the estimator, to the roofing crew, to Tony the foreman, to Corbin the man who came to check after the roof was done, EVERYONE was absolutely 110% professional, patient, and excellent from beginning to end. Everything was explained to me ahead of time, with no hidden charges or fees. All terms were explained to me, without people getting annoyed. The workers were polite and cleaned up so well-- they went over my yard 3 times with a metal detector and magnet to make sure that they got every single nail. They put plywood over my garden to ensure that not one plant was crushed during the roof removal procedure. I had a mother bird on a nest on a flowerpot on my porch. The men left a little hole in the tarp for her to get in. That's the kind of company these people are-- professional and amazing, down to the last detail. I had to pay 1/3 of the roof price to order supplies prior to work being done, but I they did not ask for the balance until the roof was finished, inspected, and done to my satisfaction. At that time (of final inspection) they once more combed my grass with a metal detector making sure there were no stray nails. I never did find a single nail that they missed. Amazing, amazing work. All my neighbors remarked how polite and hard working the crew was. I loved that they tarped the house to prevent shingles falling on my flowers, and I loved that they finished and cleaned up immaculately in a single day. I seldom leave reviews for companies. But Rooftop Services was so stellar that I am making an exception. Don't even bother looking elsewhere-- you will never find a roofing company that is more precise, professional, or excellent than Rooftop Services. I would give them 110% if I could. Thank you for a job well done!

They did a fantastic job.  I called four companies, they are actually the only ones who showed-up to give me an estimate.   They did a great job across the board.

They did an excellant job. Very punctual, responsive, friendly, and professional. They completed the job in less than i day, cleaned up excellently, and provided a complete experience.

They did a good job and the came here before the rain and the snow. Their expertise shows in the discussions that we had with them and the estimator was able to show me how my roof was originally installed in a way that is less effective that it could have been.
