I used Lees TV and VCR Service who came to the house to five the TV. I used them at least six months ago. I have one of those really old big screen TVs that sits on the floor so I couldn't take it in to be repaired, but they came out and fixed it. They charged I think about $125 just to come out, it was quite a bit to have them come out. They were prompt, they knew what they were doing and they fixed it really quickly. They fixed it and then I just wrote them a check and they left. They did was required. It would have been better when they came out if it wasn't over $100, I think it was a little steep. They did fix the TV but I thought it was a little expensive.

They weren't the most responsive or punctual after I dropped it off. They told me initially 2-3 days and it was eventually 17 days for some unknown reason. I had to hound them to get a time to pick it up. The tv works fine now, but I could have taken it elsewhere and got faster service.

I called the office and left my contact information. Mr. Lee and I spoke a day or so later and arranged a time for him to come to the house. He missed his originally estimated arrival but did call to notify us and make sure his new arrival time would work. I was asked to pay the on-site fee and assessment fee at that time -- the assessment fee was applied to any repair that he might do. He took the tv with him and called the next morning to see if he could bring it back that day. We arranged a time for someone to be there. He and his assistant made sure to put the tv back where it goes (one of those holes over a fireplace so no small task) and to make sure it worked before he left. We were asked to pay the remainder of the repair at that time.
