Intrastate Pest Control

I chose this company because they were well recommended and because their proposal indicated they knew more about mold than their competition.  I expected they might not do as well at the carpentry aspect of the job because their specialty was mold remediation, but I was more than satisfied with the work.  They did a professional job and I would highly recommend them.

They are wonderful. It was recommended by my neighbor. They use natural things and only some of the things have chemicals. They charge me with an initial fee.

They are pretty good. Their pricing is competitive and right. I would use them again in the future.

All the service personnel were friendly and personable. They were on time and left all working areas clean upon their departure.  The electricians were great. When they discovered that there was a problem with the remotes, they went to Lowe's and found a product that would solve the problem.  Also, when it was apparent that a part wasn't working properly in one of the fans, they ordered the part to be delivered directly to us and offered to come back and install it.   The repair to the outside wall, however, was another story. The workmanship was fine, but the carpenter just built a very simple and very oversized box to cover the hole.  The thickness of the box could have been 1/4 of what it was.  As it is, it looks like a box has been glued to the front of the house.  So, our final thought is that we would definitely use Intrastate again for household repairs, other than carpentry-related unless the project was   REALLY simple in design.

Between the ICC work another company came in and installed many loads of gravel around the interior walls of the crawl space. ICC finished their work after this. The whole process took several weeks but it was completed successfully.

We have had the same little old man at our house for 10 years. He is a good old boy and his name is Buzzy. He is friendly, always has his baseball cap on, is really nice, laid back, good with my kids and pet, and reliable. He is trustworthy and I have left him in the house with my daughter and while I wasn't home. He always calls before he comes and is very punctual. Anytime I have had a question he calls me back. I have never had to have them come back.

Their treatments have always been very effective. The service people are great; I've only had two different people in all my years with them. They call the day before to remind you they're coming. I'm very happy with them.

They were fine all the way down the line. We had ant and termites problem and they cleared it up. They have been prompt in service, and they have been thorough. The people are professional.

They are well known in the area and they do a good job. They have a wide range of services. They came once when I had a snake in my crawlspace, and they came immediately. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They are pretty good and accommodating. I have never had any problems. They seem a little pricey, but I don't know what other places are charging.

I was happy with the services they gave me. They have done the termite control for the last 2 or 3 years. They have done a good job. I don't have any complaints at all. They show up when they are supposed to. They do a thorough job of checking. They are reasonable.

We have them out twice a year and they were here in November and they would come in April again. We have two houses and at the other house they come in March, June and September. We had them more often than before. For four times a year it is $85 and for twice a year it is more than that. The price seems to be fair. The quality is good. I don't have anything to compare the price to.

We have been using them for 8-10 years. They are one of the companies that does termite bait rather than spreading poison through your soil around the house. The bait system works extraordinarily well. They do a competent job. They are personable, easy to work, friendly, efficient, and professional.

They come four timesa year. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

I really liked working with them and they even gave me input on how to do the job myself, which is very rare.

Very well. Seems I am allergic to camel cricket feces (and they make a lot ! ) so getting rid of them was a priority. Also, I have a classic MGB that was overrun by mice, so getting rid of them was also of high importance. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time, did not try to push services I did not want or need on me and did a good job. I was happy with this experience.

They come on a quarterly basis. They are friendly, good and fairy priced. They charge me $70 or $80 per treatment. I will use them again in the future.

We had a great deal to do for a house sale following an inspection, and got 3 estimates. Intrastate was significantly less expensive than the others we contacted. We had a very short time during which to do a lot of work--partially replace/repair 2 decks and stairs,reinforce the deck for a hot tub, replace about 15 windows, and various other house repairs. They got it all done with only several weeks notice, and did a great job. They were very nice, professional, courteous, and patient. I would definitely use them again!

They are affiliated with Interstate Pest Control, but they do construction. Overall, we probably spent about $10000 with them. They were wonderful. They continue to be wonderful with what they do and they are under-priced than everybody else. They are professional people. They only work Monday through Thursday and 10 hours shift. They clean up after themselves. They have other jobs too. So, your job might not take the priority sometimes, but that’s everywhere. They are good about keeping you up-to-date on what they are doing. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, I just sent another deposit in for a proposal.
