I cannot say enough about Edwin and his team of workers' efficiency, professionalism, trustworthiness and talent. After having such a positive experience with Edwin's job installing new flooring and remodeling a very old bathroom in our cabin rental, we quickly asked to get on his schedule to remodel our bathrooms in our Charlottesville home. Because we have a full house, we could not have the bathroom unavailable while we were home so we scheduled Edwin and his crew to remodel our bathrooms with tile and also do some painting in our home while we were away on vacation. We had no hesitation giving him and his guys access to our home while we were away. Edwin kept in constant communication, sending pictures of their progress and asking questions along the way. He waited for confirmation before moving forward, always concerned about making us happy with the job. I could trust his recommendations in both aesthetics and function over the phone. My husband and I have been doing renovations and remodels for decades. Hands down, Edwin has the most efficient team we have ever hired. He meets deadlines and his estimates are spot on. He won't negotiate his pricing but he's very fair and worth every penny.
