Cole's Import Specialist

Wonderful.

These guys are the best  mechanics in town - period. I've been bringing my Toyotas to them since 2000 and trust no one else. 
They are honest and fair. I've found that while they might seem more expensive, they always give you a fair price for the work and get it done right. I once had a mechanic at another shop tell me I needed to replace my brakes, but when I brought it to Cole's to do the work, they said I still had a good bit of life on them and recommend I wait.  
They are always very accommodating, but I recommend scheduling, especially around the holiday as they can get busy.

My car suddenly stopped working in my driveway (fortunately). I had it towed to the provider where it took one day to diagnose the problem. After that it took two day to repair the car.
The diagnose was right on and the car was professionally fixed and it is working perfectly.
I have been using Cole's for year and I always been satisfied with their services.
This is the first time I used them in an emergency situation. Probably it was a busy time and that is why it took 3-4 days to fix the issue. Fortunately I didn't need the car in those days.
I will definitely use them in the future.

Chris and his crew know Japanese imports like Honda and Toyota inside and out. I have a domestic vehicle now so I haven't been to Cole's in a while, but when I had imports I'd take them there for service. Every time I went I had a great experience. I never had to worry about them selling any part or service I didn't need. Honest, professional, always fair pricing. I still recommend them to family and friends!

I took two cars here for some major maintenance and they did a very good job. I got a lot done for the money.
