Zero issues using this company! Everything was done nicely. They cleaned up perfectly after and the job was done in under a day flat. Everything I asked for was delivered. No complaints whatsoever and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

The price was really good and after meeting with the representative I knew this was the right company to do the work. They provided so much information that I feel like I know a lot more about roofing myself now lol. The team worked hard for several hours in the heat and did a great job and they cleaned up well. I really appreciate the hard work!

I really wanted to take the time to post this review because the represented who came out and sat down with me was just a really awesome guy. His name was Ricardo, he was very thorough, explained EVERYTHING, told me all about the warranties, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't like a sales man at all. He more or less advised me on roofing/gutters and the materials and then let me decided. He was the difference and reason on why I chose this company and I'm really happy I did. I chose Premier from word of mouth and my neighbors satisfaction. After getting my roof installed I really enjoyed the attention to detail and how thorough the crew was picking up all the nails and debris in both mine and my neighbors yard. I really liked how the project manager Edmundo pointed out an issue with the angle of my roof previously being installed incorrectly and he came up with a solution to a problem that I’ve had for the last 10 years. I was really satisfied with how he dealt with my concern and not only fixed it but took the time to explain it to me, all without charging me extra for it. It really shows the character and honesty of the people in this company!

Everything went great! I actually got the pleasure of seeing my neighbor across the street from me get their roof replaced by Premier Exteriors first hand and that prompted me to give them a call because they did such a good job there and their roof looks great so I knew exactly what to expect. I hired them and they did an amazing job for my roof too. They do not disappoint. I highly recommend Premier to everyone for their roof. I loved the crew that came out too.

How did it go? In a word it was perfect! From the time the owner, Ricardo Yuly, came to our home to give us the presentation on the scope of work and materials involved in a roof replacement, in this case a GAF roofing system with a full 50 year transferrable warranty, until the last bit of scrap was removed from the premises, we knew we made the right choice and were in the hands of a competent business man who knew his craft and employed a first rate team of professionals dedicated to doing the job right the first time. We are always keen on securing the "biggest bang for the buck" so to that end we had several companies compete for the job. Although not the lowest bid we encountered, they certainly weren't the highest and we chose to go with Premier Exteriors because of the professionalism of the staff. The team of professionals included the owner Ricardo himself, Samantha who did an unparalleled job of providing the conduit through which most of the communications from Premier to and from us flowed, Eduardo who provided on-site project management expertise, and five others comprising the installation team. The job itself took approximately 7 1/2 hours and was performed in an exemplary manner from start to finish! We can highly recommend Premier Exteriors without any reservations whatsoever to you should you need any roofing services in the Northern Virginia Area!

They worked efficiently and took great care around my landscaping. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. And my roof looks spectacular!! I just got my roof done yesterday and its a huge difference then my original flat roof. My parents used Premier for their roof and recommend them to me. I purchased the timberline hdz architectural shingles which comes with a 50 year warranty and I really like the BOLD look of it. My main concern was strong winds and rain because I live up north which is why I chose this particular roof. Its raining hard today and zero issues! TY

I got quite a few estimates, from big companies to small contractors. While not the lowest offer, it was close and definitely the best value. Professional and prompt, I had my new roof within a week of first calling them. I'd happily recommend Priemer to anyone looking to have roof work done.

This company did a great job for me. They were not the lowest price I received but I really love the 50 year warranty and the value of the type of materials they used on my roof so in the end it was worth the cost. Their crew was very friendly and answered all my questions throughout the day and was helpful. They arrived early and finished that day. Also the office followed up with me persistently providing me information I needed and that won me over.

I got my roof done at the same time as my next door neighbor and they came out on the same day and completed both our roofs! The clean up was good, there was no debris left behind. Everything was put back into place and they did a overall fantastic job on both roofs! No complaints.
