Everything went very smoothly. I wasn’t even home for this and they took care of it all and communicated with me over the phone durning the installation. They got it all done in good timing too, the roof was finished in one day by 4pm! Did a really good job cleaning up everything when I went to take a look at it and the roof looks great!!

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Premier Roofing - from the initial phone call to inquire about an estimate, to meeting with Ricardo regarding the pricing for a 50 year roof, material to be used, scheduling a day for the install, to the work crew installing the new roof and finally with meeting with a Premier rep to insure the work done was as contracted - even the status calls and follow on calls from Samantha (she was really professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the work being done - super employee!!!!!) I have to say this project was the best experience I’ve ever had with a home construction/repair company. Everything Ricardo and I discussed and I contracted for was completed on or ahead of schedule and without any problems or issues. The quality of the work is of the highest caliber, the install crew was well prepared for every facet of installation including the often overlooked site cleanup. Nothing was left out - including a very comprehensive sweep of my entire property for screws, nails, sharp metal objects with their “magnetic rakes”. I highly recommend Premier (Roofing) to any homeowner looking for a new roof, at a great price and installed exactly as specified. The entire company is one I feel is truly the best because each employee absolutely cares about and are proud of the high quality of work they do. I give them the highest rating because they earned it!!!!!

Excellent service and professionalism. Ricardo was thorough in his presentation and answered all of our questions. Everything he described on the day of installation happened as he stated. In and out within 7 hours. Staff was professional and did a great job of clean up when finished. Would definitely recommend.

Great. They went out of their way to meet me at another location to discuss the process. They set up a day to install roof. It was going to rain that day. They came a day early to do the work so my roof wouldn't leak anymore.

Premier Exteriors performed exceptional work when replacing the roof of my townhome. Their entire staff is extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. From first meeting with the owner to go over the roofing options offered, working with the administrative staff for scheduling the installation, and the on-site crew that performed the installation and thoroughly cleaned up the work area, you can tell that customer service is very important to them. I'm very happy that I hired them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof.

We are really happy with using PREMIER for our roof replacement. They are very helpful throughout the whole process and were extremely informative. We did have a bad experience with a different company before they came but when Premier came they weren't pushy at all and made us feel comfortable with everything. We love our new roof and would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

The gentleman that came out was fantastic! He brought all the samples for the roof and he really knows his job well. Honestly he sold us on how amazing he was at going over everything with us. Excellent! PREMIER Exteriors were very attentive throughout the whole process. They had a supervisor on hand the whole time during the roof replacement from start to finish. They arrived very early at 6:30am and finished everything quickly in one day just like they said they would. They also notified me and gave me updates about my roof over the phone throughout the day. They were extremely attentive and did exactly what they said they were going to do! I would definitely recommend them. I am very happy with my roof.

I recommend PREMIER Exteriors 100%! They did a fantastic job on my roof. Their flyer really helped a lot by being very informative. I got one on my door and when I called they came out the next day. After they looked at my roof and inspected the plywood they were able to get my new roof on in one day. I was shocked! They cleaned up everything after very well and there was no mess at all. I will be passing on their information to my friends, coworkers, and family for sure. You guys are awesome! Thank you for all your help!

The whole process went well. Premier was very professional and they did a great job cleaning up after the roof was finished! The price was comfortable and we recommend them to our neighbors who were asking about our new roof. I am happy with how my roof looks and would use them again in the future.

They strip the roof, all of it. They had seven people. They worked for 12 hours job . Its expensive. They did an outstanding job on my parents house.
