Caliber operates under their name and also the Pohanka dealerships. I didn't price it out. I wasn't satisfied with the quality initially but, once I took it back, he fixed it again, fixed it right, then I was satisfied. When I finished with them, the quality was an "A", it just took a while to get there.

We were very pleased with the work provided by Pohanka Collision Center.  Work was well done and completed in a timely manner.  They did a great job with the repair and they feathered in the new paint with the old paint on the rest of the car so that you can't tell that where the repair was done.  We would definitely use them again.

See above but this experience, although necessitated by a hit-and-run, was outstanding. We have had very bad experience at Carcraft Collision in Springfield so were happy to find an honest and truly professional repair facility. Definitely will go back if ever needed.

Staff was efficient and explained process. Repairs were completed well and on time. Only issue was unable to leave car at first visit, needed to return later next week requiring extra trip.
