Description of Work: Mannix is the best! When my 20yr-old original unit gave up the ghost in the middle of summer, Mannix worked with me to get the original unit replaced and dual-zone the house. Without exception, they responded quickly and professionally to my every inquiry and always showed up when they promised. Patrick Horan was the consummate professional. What impressed me most was the way Mannix answered my immediate need quickly but planned ahead for the dual-zone improvement so that I wasted no money at all. Even after the work was completed, Mannix continued to be one of the most responsive, if not THE most responsive company I've dealt with.

Description of Work: Jerry Mannix runs a very professional operation. He is a bright young man building a fine company. His technicians installed a 3 ton Carrier AC, a 95,000 Btu/hr. Carrier gas furnace, a one year replaceable high efficiency fiber filter and programmable thermostat for just under $5,000. Amazing and they were done in less than a day. Jerry gives fairly regular presentations to the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors of which I was, until recently, a member. His presentations are always extremely informative and very useful in our profession.

Description of Work: I was afraid I had a gas leak. It was the day before Thanksgiving. Even though I'm know they were strapped time wise, they made sure to get to me even though I don't have an annual contract with them. I was impressed.
