I called Liberty and they were punctual and very professional. I didn't feel as if I was being misled in terms of price nor the scope of work that was necessary to fix my issue. I haven't received my next water bill yet but I rest assured as I'm not going back downstairs and finding a toilet that's been running for the entire weekend anymore! Liberty also repaired my upstairs toilet that I installed and thought was done correctly but clearly was also contributing to the cause. Absolutely a great company!

My wife and I have used Liberty Plumbing in the past and were so pleased with the service and friendliness of the plumber. This time Melissa told me on a Friday that they would not be able to get to me until Monday and we agreed upon a time of between 11 and 1. They never showed. When we inquired, Melissa told us they had some sort of Emergency that morning at the company and she would find out what went wrong and get someone to call my wife at home and let her know. (Note that they did not deny there was an appointment) Eric (one of the owners) called back and claimed they had no record of the appointment. When my wife said she would have to call our Insurance Company and get a plumber through them he was rude with her and hung up on her. Totally and unforgivably unprofessional!

Water heater had a bad element. Plumber came out after hours to repair it at no charge.

How can you rate an AMAZING company with just a few stars? I give them 110% for the entire experience. I hired LIBERTY off an "Angie's List Offer" via Email promotion and I am so very glad I did! Bill, my plumber was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, engaging and professional. He explained every step he was taking and followed through on his words. The company was on point, quick to respond and communications were never in question. I knew what, where and WHEN this was going to happen and it went to fruition without a hitch. If YOU are lucky enough to hire this company in your time of plumbing need, just set it and forget it! Let them take care of the issue without worry. Thanks, LIBERTY you are my company of choice when the need arises again!

Great, it worked out well! I can't remember if I added anything to that or not. It may have just been the $349. They were on time. They're my plumbers now. They were excellent. They did some other work for me too and they really do a good job. It was two guys that came out for the job.

Great. Our old faucet stopped working and I was eager to get it fixed. They got me on the schedule for the second working day after I called. They gave me a short, 2-hour window which is a rarity, and even better, showed up before the window started, calling en route. Bill could not have been more pleasant or professional. He gave an accurate assessment of how long the work would take, and went over pricing prior to performing the work.

Great. Showed up early (surprising) and replaced the sump pump with a new one for the advertised price. Tested to make sure it worked.

Well; however never receive any follow up on repairing the sewage line, even after multiple contacts requesting a bid on the job.

From my experience, Liberty Plumbing is an incredible company. Their customer service is unmatched - from the lady who took my calls for service to the extremely knowledgeable plumber, Bill. Bill came out to my house twice, once to diagnose the problem and then again to replace the kitchen faucet (with a faucet that I purchased). Unfortunately, the faucet that I purchased had a crack in it. Bill patiently waited while my son went and purchased another one. He didn't want us to be without a faucet over the weekend. That's what I call extraordinary service!!!! Bill had the faucet installed and everything cleaned up in no time. I will definitely be calling Liberty Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I used a $50 off coupon from Angie's List which brought the cost down to $131.00.

Liberty plumbing arrived on time and completed the work in less than an hour. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained how my new sump pump worked.

I'm used to competing prices around for a job, and liberty plumbing came out with not only a lower price than some of the bigger names that you see around, but also left me more comfortable that no matter the price, they were going to do the job correctly. Leroy came out and took measurements during the quote, he talked about the job that he would be doing, and left me rather comfortable with the quality. Ultimately, they beat out the others with the price on top of this! Two plumbers (Leroy and another who I did not catch the name of) came out to do the work. They were a little later than the scheduled time, due to time constraints and finding some of the required parts at stores, but it was only an hour. Despite that, they still finished everything far ahead of the original estimated schedule (finished in about 4 hours) and did a great job on everything - new water heater w/ expansion tank, new furnace piping, and running a gas line to the kitchen. They did originally forget the expansion tank - but to my surprise, they ran out, got the parts and installed it the same day for me! This company will be a go to company for me in the future for all of my plumbing and piping needs; and we have a number of projects!
