Lawn Doctor advertises on Angie's List as "yard work", but this is actually handled by a partner company Diamond Cutters. Diamond Cutters, after leaving us hanging for a month, finally comes back and says they are at full capacity, and can't take any more work orders. ???

I was not super happy with them, but then in the end of the contract they did a remarkable job with my lawn. Now it looks quite okay. I'm a bit difficult because I asked them to use only organic materials. Those are not as effective as others. I was complaining there were some reads. The last services were very good. They were quite expensive. They were cooperative.

I do not have any problems with them. They usually let me know ahead of time when they are coming out. They always come as plan, and clean up after themselves. I have been using them for about 1 year now. I pay about $40 a month, and am on a yearly contract.

The services was mostly good, I know that when you call them, you have to leave a message, when you don't get a person right away, you'll leave a message on the phone and then they call you back which is kind of a pain sometimes. We had a package that they go all, from spring, summer and fall, they do all the lawn treatments that go through that with aerating and fertilization. They don't cut or anything, they just do the seeding and stuff like that. Their last service was probably a week or two ago, they came out and did a treatment on it. It's a package deal and I think their price was a little high.

The last service that they did was part of a package. I think the package was about $600 but it included quite a bit of different treatments. The lawn looks great. It is starting to grow actually, so it is good. The biggest issue I have had with them is that when I call their office, I have to leave a message. I don’t get to talk to someone right away. They do call me back that day but it is kind of frustrating not being able to talk to somebody and tell them what is going on and get an answer right away. I would use them again in the future.

There has been a marked improvment in my lawn.  I had a bunch of milkweed growing in the lawn that has disappeared.  The lawn had suffered from years of neglect, so there is some room for additional improvment, but it's looking better.

I don't like that sometimes they will come right before it rains. I do like that if I feel that something did not work, they will come back out and repeat the treatment, at no cost to me.

They were very accommodating, working within our schedule. They will follow up, doing aeration and checking on the lawn several times over the year. They are very responsive and come out right away if we have any problems. I know they are not the cheapest, but they do quality work.

They have excellent customer service. They treated my lawn with the wrong chemicals one time and killed my grass. When I called to let them know they came the same day and seeded the entire lawn. I have not had any problems other than that 1 time. My lawn is very beautiful.

We can't say that we are very happy with them because sometimes the rain and things like that can affect the lawn negatively, so we don't really know how good they have done because of all these different things that happen. Normally, what they do is come in and go whenever they are scheduled to. It's such a quick job that we don't even notice sometimes until they have a left a note under the door saying that they were there. At least we are not dissatisfied with their work and will continue using them in the future.

They don't answer the phone or answer e-mail. When they would call me back, I specifically asked that I wanted to meet with a representative at my home. On two separate occasions I waited all day and didn't see the representative. Instead, they left an evaluation, but didn't knock on the door when they came.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE. MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF REALLY LIKED THEM AND CONTINUE TO USE SERVICES. THEY COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR.
