STAY AWAY! First the good: We hired K and K in 2014 for some big projects in our then-new home (new to us). We had them install carpets in 4 large bedrooms, replace carpets with hardwoods on our second floor, and refinish all the hardwoods on our main level. My POC was Michael, they were very reasonably priced, and Michael and K and Ks crew were nothing short of amazing. As a result, when we wanted to replace the carpet in our family room in 2019, I called only one flooring contractor: K and K (specifically Michael). They replaced the carpet in our family room on February 8, 2019, and everything went well. That was in 2014 and 2019. Now the bad: A year later, the carpet in our family room started to buckle. I reached out to Michael, and he promised K and K would stretch the carpet. He indicated that K and K was overbooked and asked for patience, which I gave. He kept putting me off for well over a year. One day, a new representative, Ricardo, answered Michaels line and indicated that Michael had left the company. I asked Ricardo to honor K and K s promise to stretch the carpet and also to provide some estimates on additional projects. Ricardo agreed to stretch the carpet and also provided the requested estimates. Three months later, Ricardo informed me that K and K management had decided not to fix the carpet unless we agreed to hire them for additional projects. I was shocked that after an eight year relationship, they had decided to renege on their promises (and over such a small job - stretching our family room carpet) and actually attempted to blackmail me into hiring them for additional work! So I say again - STAY AWAY! This company has slipped a lot over the past eight years and does not honor their commitments.

James was the best rep and answered all my questions and was quick to respond. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of making our selections. We initially were not sure on the type of flooring, made many changes to the quotes and he patiently walked us through everything. With his help, we ended up selecting hardwood for our floors. The work crew was professional and clean. James called to check and kept us informed. The work crew moved all the furniture and put pads on each piece. They left all areas of the house spotless. I would definitely recommend reaching out to James and using this company to anyone looking for a good price on flooring and a professional and friendly company. I will use them again in any future projects.

K&K Floors did an outstanding job installing our hardwood floors. They are beautiful! Our salesman was Seth and we couldnâ  t be happier with his service. He was knowledgeable and professional. When we called or texted him with our questions, he quickly responded with answers. We highly recommend K&K Floors. If you want outstanding service, ask for Seth!

From our first contact with Mike Miles who came to our home to measure and estimate to the floor installation, the service was fantastic. The installers did a fantastic job, and cleaned everything before they left. They placed felt glides on the bottoms of all of my furniture so we would have no difficulty moving things in the future. It was a perfect finishing touch! I would definitely use them again if I have additional flooring needs.

We solicited competitive bids and the prices were comparable however the K&K attention to detail and follow-up and follow-through were superior in our experience. We highly recommend K&K for the installation of wood flooring.

My husband and I used K&K, working with James, when we moved into our new home. They ripped out old carpet and hardwood and replaced it with beautiful new hardwood throughout the entire floor. They worked with us so that we could pick the exact wood we wanted to use, and when problems arose (because of how the house was built, not because of K&K), they worked with us to create solutions to give us exactly what we were hoping for without increasing the cost. They had to get started a day later than expected but they worked hard and quickly to ensure that the project did not get delayed. We were very impressed. We would absolutely recommend them!

We hired K&K to removed old carpet from our upstairs two bedrooms, master bedroom, hallway and stairs and to install hardwood flooring. They made the best bid of the three contractors we interviewed. They did the work in one day, much to our surprise, and everything was done professionally. No dust to speak of, no paint scratches, they moved all the heavy furniture and arranged everything when they finished. I definitely would encourage you to have them bid on your project.

This was the second time we hired K&K to install wood floors. Last year they did our upper level and staircase. This year we did a full renovation of our kitchen and hired K&K to do the floor. James was again great to work with and was flexible in scheduling the work around other contractors who were handling other phases of the work. The actual installers were very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommend K&K.

I hired K&K to refinish the hardwood floor and install new carpets to a house we're selling. He promptly replied to my messages, patiently answered all my questions, and worked with our budget. He explained the steps of the project so I knew what to expect. He gave me a timeline for when the work would be completed and was right on schedule. I highly recommend K&K.
