Initial resurfacing did not go well. It was done hastily and with seemingly little care or quality control. You could literally see large areas where the original driveway surface was still visible because it had not been adequately resealed. The company was very responsive after I forwarded pictures to them of the less than adequate job that had been done. They sent a team out very quickly to redo the driveway and it was done properly and with great care the second time around. Driveway looks great. I must admit that the team leader for the redo seemed disgusted and angry when he came to redo my house. Perhaps he was just having a bad day - but regardless, the redo was flawless. The advice I have is don't arrange any appointment that yiou are not personally there to inspect the results of while the team is still onsite. I would think twice before using Collegiate again but probably would hire them if I took my own advice and was at home to inspect their work while they were still onsite.

We were initially very happy with the work (which was done while we were gone). The driveway looked wonderful. My husband then noted that there were some black spots from the sealer on our vinyl siding. He contacted them via email about this and received no response.

We were not satisfied. Many cracks remain. They didn't take the time to fill in the cracks. They were gone in about 20 minutes.

I asked to have two driveways resealed. This was what they quoted. They accidentally sealed only one driveway when they were here. I called them and pointed out the error. They quickly researched and found that a mistake was made and promptly scheduled the second job. I believe this was an honest mistake and definitely plan to use them again in the future.
