Beyond Exteriors

I am quite happy and the service with them was phenomenal. They came in on time, they were very quick, courteous and they did everything. They were excellent on their price.  I had five other bids.  They were among the lowest.  Excellent professionalism.  I would use them again in the future and I have referred them to my neighbors and co workers.

It's the only quote I've gotten so far and it seems reasonable. The individual was friendly and explained everything well.

I needed to replace my parent's roof and looked at several bids for this work.  It was a pretty simple project and although there were some outliers in the price - Beyond Exteriors was very comparable and competitive with the other roofing companies.  The customer service and responsiveness from George, at Beyond Exteriors, was ultimately why I chose this company and it was the best choice.  George was extremely responsive and quick to give me a written, thorough proposal as well as a phone call to walk through it.  He answered my questions and didn't act like a pushy salesman the entire time.  It was more geniune and he took time out to explain everything.  He was patient as I went through my process at looking at other reputable companies but chose Beyond Exteriors.
The roof came out great and I whole heartedly recommend them.

I had an appointment scheduled for April 20, 2012 at 5:00 PM for someone to come out and give me an estimate for repair work on my porch and wood trim around the house. My husband and I noticed some rotten wood and are interested in getting it fixed. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment.The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was also very polite and sounded very knowledgeable.
My issue is that before he left, he told me that I would be receiving an estimate for the work within the next week. Well, the next week passed and I didn't hear anything from the company. On May 1, 2012, I sent an email to the company stating that I was supposed to have received an estimate via e-mail and that I had double checked the contact information in the form prior to the inspector leaving and everything was correct. I stated that I would appreciate some form of communiction regarding the estimate. I even checked in my Spam folder in my email to make sure something hadn't mistakenly be sent to that folder, but found nothing from Beyond Exteriors.
I was very disappointed because based on the interaction with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment and the gentleman who came out to do the inspection, I was expecting so much more. But at this point, I'd be wary of using their service regardless of what estimate they would now provide because if this is how I was treated when they were trying to win my business, I can't imagine what things might be like after they were contracted to do any work!

I was very much impressed with Beyond Exteriors.  The owner was prompt, polite and very professional  explaining all work that needed to be done.  The work was completed faster than I anticipated and the quality was much more than I expected.  I highlly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, prompt in scheduling, prompt in arriving on time, spent a long time measuring the house after we discussed ky needs but never delivered an estimate never followed up for a job that was at least over 40,000 if not.more.

Beyond Exteriors came out to give me an estimate on some repair work I needed done on my roof.  They arrived exactly on time, were pleasant and professional, and very easy to deal with.  They ultimately told me that they would not be able to perform the work I needed, so I wound up going with a different company and unfortunately can't vouch for the quality of their work. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. They were very personable. George came out and worked with me to make the whole process very enjoyable. It was very professional and unstressful The clean up was very good and you could not even tell anyone was there. The pricing was average. I would like to give them A++ for professionalism.

We've had at least 7 contractors in for estimates on a slow leak, including our insurance company.  Since no one could pin point where the issue was occurring (windows, roof, etc) we got different answers and estimates from each company.  Beyond Exteriors is the only company that recommended we fix all potential issues but they also suggested we do it in the most cost effective way. Other companies were recommending things like replacing the entire roof and windows, etc.  George got back to me very quickly with all my requests and they also completed the work efficiently.  Unfortunately, since its a slow leak, we won't know the results of their work for some time but we were pleased with what was done and are hoping for the best.

Very well.  The teams had obviously worked together and worked well together, quick, efficient, neat, courteous.

Overall it went great. Andrew was very responsive and came that very day when I called him to look at the roof. The guys came in and did the job with no issues and they cleaned up after themselves each day pretty thoroughly.  WE had some minor issues with scheduling but it all worked out in the end. Quality of the work was really good as well....

We were so impressed by their professionalism. They came on schedule and completed the work within three days. Just as an aside, this company was the lowest of three bids. The other two bids topped out at  $3,500 and $4,500. I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

George was thorough, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process.  The BE estimate was considerably lower than our next lowest estimate (which allowed us room in the budget to make some structural changes as well as replacing the siding).  Also, the other guys had estimated the siding job would take three weeks from start to finish.  The BE crew was done in three days (and the third day was just finishing touches and clean-up).  The new siding looks fantastic and the structural change to the dormers has significantly improved our curb appeal.  We bought our house a couple years ago and have disliked its outward appearance the entire time.  It's nice to finally come home to a house we like looking at.

We'll definitely use Beyond Exteriors again.

It was fine. They arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up after themselves and left. No surprises, no extras, a job well done.

Beyond Exteriors came to my home and insulated my attic with Attic Cat insulation. From the inspection, they actually got in the attic to where other companies did not, and then provided a detailed proposal that was professionally done. Other companies wrote their quotes on a sheet of paper or just verbally gave a price. Beyond Exteriors was by far the most professional. Not to mention there price was very competitive as well. This company does Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters, Insulation and Doors. I believe they may even do some interior remodeling as well. (Kitchens, Baths? you would have to check..) Andrew is the person I dealt with for the purchase and George managed the job. His workers were very clean and spoke English. They laid drop cloths and kept my home clean! They have also done work for another friend of mine, Siding and Windows and he had the same experience. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Beyond Exteriors came recommended from a work colleague who had them recommended by folks in his neighborhood. I called George and he was very responsive - answered and returned phone calls right away. Came out on a Saturday to give an estimate and was able to start the work shortly after being asked. Clearly explained all the issues and what he was going to repair and replace to fix some water infiltration in trim, deck, and roof. Worked all day and cleaned up great afterwards. Has offered to come up back and fix any follow-up issues. Did not push anything unnecessary and was very honest on pricing and what could wait for repair. I would definitely use them again.
